I made a booking for 2 adults and 2 kids. When we wanted to book into the hotel. I was told that my room only has 1 bed. I asked the rude person. So where do you suggest my kids are going to sleep. He doesn't know. I showed him my reservation booked for 4 people. He claims booking.com falsely advertises. It's more than a week. Have not received a refund from this Hotel.

Would not recommend staying here.

looking at the other reviews...if you're looking for a luxury hotel this is not it, if you're looking for a resort this is not it...if you ARE looking for a basic room at a great price point I would have no qualms about recommending this place. The breakfast buffet was better than I expected it would be. There's no restaurant on site, but a great Mexican place (Margarita's) is conveniently located right across the street and is open late.

I stayed here for a weekend visiting a sick family member. I must say you get what you pay for. The rooms are clean enough, but here are some things I wished i knew before i booked.

1. They do not clean your sheets, towels, linens (etc) every day. They only change them every 3 days due to an “eco friendly” new system. This means that if you want new towels and/or sheets for the duration of your stay ( if like me you’re staying a weekend), you need to specifically ask.
2. Every night that I stayed here my room key didn’t work. That means that I had to go up to my room, find out the key didnt’ work, go back down to the lobby and have my key reactivated for several nights in a row.
3. One night when I went to have my room key reactivate ( for a room I already paid for) there was absolutely no one at the front desk ( on a Saturday night) and I had to sit around waiting for over 30 minutes to get into my room.
4. They advertise that they have full gym…. And they do technically. But none of the treadmills are fully functional. You have to decide whether you want to guess what your workout speed and incline are… or workout without an incline at all.

That being said they offer a decent free breakfast with free coffee. It’s up to you to decide what’s worth it for you.

My daughters and I came for a weekend getaway. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices. We experienced very good customer service with front desk staff. thank you 😊 would definitely stay again when in the area.

Clean and comfortable. Wish walls were more soundproof. Staff is friendly, and breakfast is consistently good.
Stayed at other wyndham properties, and for this level of hotel, it is a good place for the price.

Positive: Location and breakfast Negative: We arrived late from the airport and found out our 2q beds room was extremely smelly of cigarette. They have signs everywhere of smoking free hotel. Went down to get an explanation and a different room. Ended up with 1q bed for the night. Changed rooms.
