This hotel was okay. The best things about it were the front desk staff and the fact that a security guard locks the gate at night.

Aside from that, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The room/bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. There was damage to some of the walls when we got into the room and the carpet in the hall had some tears.

There’s no breakfast here.

The surrounding area seems a bit sketchy. We went for gas at the station nearby, and left for food. About 15 minutes later, when we got back, there were four cop cars surrounding a car with all their lights on right at the gas station we were at. Not sure what happened, but that and the few homeless people we saw in the area kind of paint the picture.

The place is very dirty. And they do not clean their rooms. They didn't even have any keys for your room. The maids had to open it up for you. There is lots of homeless people walking outside of the fence line. If you leave early in the morning, there is a security guard that has to open the gate to let you out. There is no breakfast here either anymore. I would not recommend it what so ever. I will never stay here again.

There was bud on the bedsheets. They don’t serve breakfast anymore. The parking felt a bit safer than other hotels in the area and the bathroom was clean. But the hallway carpet was terrifying so glad the room was better. Right next to the DMV if you have to go might as well while you’re right there.

It was not safe. It was very run down. Needs to be maintained better. It was not as it was represented on the website. They claimed to have a shuttle to the airport (which was why we stayed there) but it was not operating and hadn't been for a long time. The staff said they had asked to have that info removed but it had not been done as of yet. I was expecting more from a La Quinta and from Wyndham. I guess times have changed.

I booked a room for my son, and he successfully checked in early without any issues. However, after the official check-in time (3 PM), the hotel suddenly informed him that they could not honor the reservation because he was under 21. There was NO warning or age restriction mentioned when we made the booking. Instead of resolving the issue fairly, they refused to refund our money, which is completely unacceptable.

This is a dishonest and misleading practice. If age restrictions apply, they should be clearly stated upfront before taking reservations. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone—terrible customer service and unfair policies! Avoid at all costs.

Pretty good room for the money. Everything was clean and worked. Had mini fridge, microwave and heater/ac. No bugs, critters weird stains or smells. Gated parking that is secured at night with a security guard. Parking was filled to capacity in the evening.

Never in your life stay in this hotel or take your family to it. I had a reservation (88917EE069718), and arrived around 7 pm. The receptionist stays locked in place for his safety. I didn't feel safe, the neighborhood looked like the Walking D3ad. ||They don't serve breakfast anymore as advertised.||I went to my room on the 2nd floor, there was a couple smoking w33d with their door open right in front of my room. By the way, the hotel smells of m4riju4na. I asked them to cancel my reservation (at no cost) and immediately made another reservation at La Quinta in Dublin. I drove more than 30 minutes to get there. ||Asked the hotel in Oakland to not charge any cancelation fee (I did not cancel, it was impossible to stay in that hotel), but they refused and charged me the cancelation fee. PLEASE REFUND. Waiting for your contact.

Had a great stay the staff was very welcoming. Room comes with dove brand body wash and hair care. I was looking forward to seeing the infamous homeless encampment but they’ve cleaned it up. Solo female traveler and I felt very safe.
