Not great communication and over priced when it comes to the rooms. Should offer better deals if staying longer than a day or two.. Very bad business and are not about the guests but just being money hungry at all costs. It's terrible

It was a last resort situation. Was caught in a snow storm roughly an hour or two away from home. Only rooms available were smoking, I understand that they have a limited number of rooms. Shower was gross, needed cleaned badly. My pillow case had a burn mark from a cigarette. The other pillows had hair under them. My girlfriend found a bug in the blanket, not on the blanket but inside the blanket's fibers. Heater worked great and had a king sized bed also. Staff was polite. I feel like if they focus more on cleaning it would be a better hotel. We didn't even use a blanket we just turned the heater on and laid there till we fell asleep.

Middle age guy just passing through and with an after tax on line no cancel price of $48 it was fine. Room was dated but clean. Had a fridge and microwave. Lock was hard to work but did lock. Indian guy at desk was polite. The goal was a cheap bed to hop in, get up and go in the morning. A little further west ( 10 miles ? ) of I 57 than I wanted but worth it. Eat before you get there as for 9:00pm on a Thurs not much open for a moderate sized town. A BK, local burger drive thru only, Walgreens and a few things right there. My goal was met just fine.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! My aunt went and got bitten all over from BEDBUGS. They chose to dismiss her on that. Disgusting place 🤢 yuck

Office workers were unbelievably rude! They have bed bugs! You can hardly understand anything the workers say due to their inability too speak good English

Got inside room noticed all old furniture. Preformed a bug search for bed bugs, ticks, etc... FOUND BED BUGS... Then Asian man at front desk decided to have attitude that we wanted our money back

You can't get ice every night and they only clean rooms once a week you have to clean your own room every day and you don't get towels but once a week
