I love this hotel, staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast is always good, especially the pan cakes and waffles ! They have fresh coffee all the time! They sure care about their guests! The housekeepers do great job in keeping the rooms fresh and clean !

This place hit all the marks. Friendly and courteous staff. Every area I visited was clean: lobby, breakfast area, fitness center, halls, side staircase and my room. I had a king bed room. My bed was comfortable and room was huge. Breakfast was a good mix hid hot and cold, coffee was good and a bonus is the espresso machine. The fitness was probably one of the best I’ve used in a hotel. Plenty of parking even for trailer haulers. I would certainly stay again.

The hotel was very new. All around clean and tidy, and the lobby was very neat. Gym and pool are nice but nothing special. Breakfast was |good. Propane grill was out of gas. Overall great stay, its in a great location right next to many restaurants and a Walmart.

19 January 2020 Update: Returned to southern Illinois and spent another great night here. Allisia, Kenzey and Shane were superb hosts at the front desk.

16 January 2020: This newer (only 7 years old) hotel is excellent. We will stay here again when stopping in the area.

Rooms are nice the hotel is clean staff very helpful complimentary breakfast was average but good. For a hot breakfast. Pool was small but nice. No hot tub or spa but pool was indoors. There is a few places to eat close and across the road from a Walmart

Maid service gave us fresh towels, but nothing else. I don’t know how you miss the bed like that. They prominently display how to digitally pay the maids tips all over the room though. The room’s printed tv guide is not even remotely close to what the channels are (the guide says, for instance, USA is 50 but the actual channel is “RF27-2”). The complimentary breakfast is nice though.

This is a Supreme BW Plus, it is beautiful, super clean and the staff is very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed a good nights rest after a late nite swim. Top notch fitness center as well. Without hesitation we highly recommend Oh, its next door to a walmart (just saying).

Spacious and very clean rooms. Extremely comfy beds and pillows. We only planned on one night and were going to stay in a motorhome the 2nd night. The accommodations were so great we opted to stay another night. Worth every dollar. Will be there again next year.
