Absolutely beautiful!!! A must see, the water was so clear you could see the fish from the Pier going to the lighthouse 🤩 Very clean beach, the boat tour was so neat as well.

Cute place to visit. Beautiful to see at night. Pier/lighthouse could be cleaned up a bit, but it's clearly old construction so it can't be expected to look perfect. Would be cool to actually get into the lighthouse but it's not been open when I've been there.

Easy walk to end of pier, experience the fresh Lake Michigan breeze & waves. A word of caution for very young or physically unstable, there are no railings. Nicely placed benches on shore if you don't want to walk the pier.
