Under Staffed constantly, not keeping watch on residents, lunch food still sitting on table in room at 5 pm and asked why his supper was cold and told it was the lunch tray, (Wow). Resident fell numerous times with no idea how long resident laying on floor and unable to get up.

Terrible got no water each nite took 40 min. For ice n water never changed my bedding or garbage just left me hang some cnas were nice others agency didn't care about the client ,with a small cenus Where's the help n care a shower once a week yuck my bathroom the faucet turned every way water smelt like eggs and the toliet omg 3 min to flush I was ignored
