I brought my 3 stone anniversary band in for a repair. One stone had fallen out, one was loose and all the prongs were compromised. The band was also bent and needed reshaped. Customer service was exceptional! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The 20 year old ring looks brand new! The repair was completed in less than a week and under the price quoted! Jack Lewis is our families preferred jewelry store. For 3 generations we have always chosen Jack Lewis to be the store to help us celebrate lifes milestones. They are always quick and knowledgeable and friendly. I was just in today to pick up a repair on my 6 year old wedding set, they had my ring less than a week and it is as beautiful as the day my husband bought it.
