We wanted to Thank the Team of Island Real Estate for an amazing Vacation we had.

This is a quaint house, one of the originals on the island. The owner has done a great job of doing some updates and keeping the character of the home. Location couldn’t be better one house away from the public beach. With that being said, the street gets busy. You are near Pine Street and within walking distant to lots of shops and restaurants. The backyard area is great, loved the pool and enjoyed our stay.

Casa Morado was perfect for our vacation! This was our seventh visit to the island and this was our favourite house! The proximity to the beach was perfect, only about 8 houses to the beach and you don’t cross a main road. The house itself had everything we needed for kitchen and BBQ tools. House was very clean with lots of linens available and comfy king size beds! The rooms were all so spacious and so much room to relax depending if you wanted to be inside or outside. The pool level was amazing and really expanded the living space. We spent so much time in the pool, hot tub and just relaxing by the tv in the evening. Backyard always had some sun throughout the day but could find shade as well. The location was fantastic because it was a quick walk to a few of the island shops and a quick drive to Publix and Dollar Tree. The beach was never crowded because you weren’t at the public beach area so lots of room to play beach games and didn’t feel like you were disturbing anyone else. Would definitely rent this property again and again! Thank you for a great vacation!

Anna Maria island is absolutely beautiful, the beaches are the epitome of summer life. Sea Song is a perfect house on the beach. My wife and I will cherish our short time there. I look forward to returning, we loved it.

We stayed at Cocquina Sands property in Holmes beach for 10 days over new year. The property was great and the location even better. Walk to beach in less than a minute. Walk to breakfast lunch and dinner. Frank at Island Rentals was amazing. There was bad weather in the Midwest so we wanted to extend our stay by one night to avoid the ice storm forecast on our route. He organized it for us and we got it free because the pool heater had broken and we had been unable to use the pool. Would highly recommend booking through this locally run company. Very ethical.

This is the place - to find your peace, to spend the day by the ocean, to watch spectacular sunsets at night. Beautiful architecture, comfortable beds and pillows like a 5-star hotel. We slept so well here. The kitchen and main living space are large with a long dining table. All are surrounded by large windows and glass doors with a view of the water. Indoor garage parking protected our car and a locked storage room per unit with additional beach chairs. The swimming pool is warm with and an incredible waterfall and whirlpool, Ping-Pong, corn hole, BBQ, and several outdoor seating areas. It was spotless clean with the amenities we needed. Big bathrooms, soft towels, beach towels...exceptional quality and experience. All ocean views in this review are from the balcony. Really the prettiest building on this strip of beach with 5-star bistro restaurant 2 doors down and a short 5-minute drive to downtown.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Forget Me Knot and the absolutely awesome assistance we received from the Island Real Estate agents. This house is a dream, the attention to detail from the decor inside to the backyard oasis, nothing but perfection! There is nothing you could need that the owner has not thought of and provided. We were amazed at how well equipped the kitchen was and the entire house. We enjoyed grilling poolside and the great dining area by the pool, evening meals on the veranda upstairs and the comfortable rocking chairs on the front veranda with a view of the bay and the beautiful Gulf within a few minutes stroll! You will love it!!

Our first time visiting and I couldn’t have chosen a better vacation cottage. Spacious, tastefully decorated, refreshing pool, garage full of extras to use. A few feet from the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our family of 6. The propane grill was a nice extra. Plenty of seating around the pool and front porch. Can’t wait to return next year! Our little dog also enjoyed vacation.
