We recently got back from our amazing trip to St Lucia that was primarily for our friends Wedding, but it also doubled as our Honeymoon ( since we had never took one).
We stayed at the The Sandals Grande St Lucian and had an fabulous time at a beautiful resort! It was a real life paradise and we would go back in a heartbeat!
I highly recommend Aimee, she was so great to work with from start to finish. She was ALWAYS available to answer any questions or concerns from what to pack vs things to do or see when we were there, and when one of the people in our group of 26 people had a serious Medical emergency, Aimee was absolutely amazing. She worked with the family and with Sandals employees night and day to make sure everyone was taken care of and was on top of literally everything, as well as just being a very kind and compassionate friend who was needed at that moment.
We LOVE Aimee and will definitely be seeking Aimee's vacation expertise and services on our next getaway!

Aimee was absolutely fantastic! She helped my husband and I plan our Honeymoon in St. Lucia and her knowledge and advice were invaluable. She suggested that we split our trip between 2 resorts and we are SO happy that we did! We got to see so much of the island and through Aimee, we got to eat at the best restaurant we've ever been to. We even had a whole list of excursions and activities to try while we were there - not a single one was a bust! She is incredibly organized and on top of her game; communication was quick and efficient and I would HIGHLY recommend Aimee to anyone searching for a phenomenal travel agent! Sufficient to say, vacationing has never been easier when you have someone like Aimee setting everything up for you. We are so appreciative of her hard work and will absolutely use her for our future travels 🙂

We will definitely use Aimee Nelson for our traveling needs in the future. She was with us every step of the way. Even while we were on our vacation! My brother had a medical emergency & she helped us to get him medically transported back to the states and got us tickets to be with him. So with all the great reviews here, I thought I'd give them a shot. They say they're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which should have alerted me that there was something shady going on here. So I called them, and "Aimee's" outgoing message said that she was currently unavailable. I left a message around 9am. Five hours later I hadn't heard from anyone, so I took a Sheridan Rd. bus to their listed address of 5733 N. Sheridan. When I arrived, I found that it is a condo building. The doorman told me 1) that there is no travel agency on site, and 2) that there is no one named "Aimee" who lives in the building. I called their number again from the building, and left another message. Shortly thereafter, I received a voice mail from "Aimee" from a Wisconsin phone number saying that there is no onsite service available, and that everything is arranged by phone. Super-SKETCHY. I'd ignore all the fake posts here, and go with someone transparent, honest, and reliable.

Lenea made planning our honeymoon process a breeze! She had amazing recommendations and really listened to what we were looking for. She was patient with all of my random questions and had great tips for traveling. We can’t wait to use Lenea for future travels! Highly recommended!

I went to the this location to plan an Island getaway as I saw the past reviews. I then found out that this place does not exist at this address. I went there and a women named Rosa at the front desk said this business isn't here. Such a waste of a drive in Chicago to go to a building that is a private condo residence. Such a let down and disappointment!!!!!
