My experience was a 3 out of 5. I stayed here temporarily as my lease was up and I was moving out of state.I paid $511 per week. My check in was fast but I had to get off of work early to make check in by 7pm. They would not make arrangements for me to come in after 7. I was given a room on the 3rd floor which was good for security as I was solo. Most people mind their business and are nice. My last couple days there I did see some drug sales, sketchy activities, prostitution and police activity. My room was clean but dusty. Bed was comfortable and my A/C worked great. I was in a good location to see my car every night. Parking is ok. My first couple nights I had trouble finding parking but after that I always found a spot in the front. I was provided a parking placard but I noticed that not many people use there's. I used mine anyway. There is a Landry room that cost $2.25 to wash and to dry per load. Good for a load here and there but if you have transportation there are alot of laundromats near by to wash multiple loads. My initial check out date was 8/29 but I needed a couple more days. I was quoted $150 per night if I did not renew for another week. I'm not sure how accurate that was. You would think I would get a discount since I wasn't new and my stay had not ended yet. The area is something to be desired but hey, it's near transportation and the highway. Would inever stay again, probably not.

Overall, it was a terrible experience . Moved 3 times the first day. Put in 2 dirty rooms and not even a tiny compensation for downgrade.

If you have the extra money please spend it elsewhere. This place is horrible. Smoke detector was broken, I was told the guy would be by around 7pm to fix it. He never showed up, so hubby took it down in the meantime this was on Friday. The fridge was broken I had to take my medication to my father in law house. Monday comes around finally get a hold of someone at the front desk to tell them to come fix the smoke detector AGAIN they had to replace the fridge. My cleaning day was Thursday room never got touched.

never. again. firstly, if you're calling, be aware that anyone at the front desk can hear whatever message you are leaving, AND it announces your phone number.

the main elevator was turned off, which was my first gripe. i guess some kids were jumping in it - but then it remained off our entire week-long stay. this became of greater concern when i suddenly sprained my ankle badly enough that we had to rent a wheelchair. which brings me to my next point - how does anyone in a wheelchair get in?! the doors were near impossible to get mine through, and then the other elevators were in narrow little halls even after we were inside!! in Canada here we have buttons near the doors that open them for you. maybe that isn't mandatory in Colorado - either way, be prepared to have a tough time opening the double sets of doors.

the bed sucked. we literally bought a mattress topper for it. no boxspring, just a bad mattress on a metal futon tucked against a headboard on the wall.

two sets of outlets didn't work, one of those being in the bathroom, and the one beside the bed was ticking constantly. the fridge opens so inconveniently that i couldn't have got into it in my wheelchair WITHOUT LITERALLY LEAVING MY ROOM. even prior to my accident, it was a hassle to get into.

not sure if this is in every room, but if you need to change the input on the TV for any reason, good luck. it was a universal remote without that option in our room - luckily my husband brought our chromecast, which allows us to use its remote instead.

there was never any staff at the desk, even throughout the day. i've worked front desk at a hotel and there is no reason to be away from the desk for that long. it was clean enough, is my only real positive, aside from stains on the bathroom ceiling and rips in the sheets (which we discovered after putting our new blue mattress topper underneath).

the hotel at first seems great - lobby looks nice, they had us go check out our room before committing, fron desk rep was quite friendly. but seriously, all the issues we had we couldn't have seen in a quick perusal. my hope is that since this wasn't an Accessibility room, that those rooms would be more considerate of people with mobility issues, but wanted to let it be known that the hotel itself isn't really great for that. the price isn't even worth it. the housekeeping, you don't get - you have to buy your own amenities or use the (paid) guest laumdry. the exchange rate isn't their fault of course but for the amount CAD we spent, we could have gotten a significantly nicer hotel for the same cost. which we plan to do in the future!

In one week I had my tires cut, a knife pulled on me, rocks threw at my dog, and medication missing from my room. Front desk staff unprofessional when filling any complaints.

I couldn't even stay at this hotel! My flight got in late Friday evening, and so per the policy on their website I called to make arrangements since I was going to arrive outside of the hours of operation. Ultimately, since I wouldn't be arriving within the front desk's hours of operation, and even though i was calling beforehand to make special arrangments, my reservation was cancelled and I was hit with a non-show fee. I called numerous times and was given mutliple answers regarding the situation. I want to report this hotel to the Better Business Bureau and the Secretary of State. My dealings with this branch of InTown Suites has put a bad taste in my mouth with all other branches of the chain. If I could I rate this hotel with no stars I would. Make sure to arrive within their normal hours of operation or else your reservation will be cancelled!
