The stay was exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my visit. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant to converse with. They assisted me in locating nearby dining options and setting up a rewards account. I would rate my experience a perfect 10 out of 10. Ashley, in particular, was a standout member of the hotel staff. She was always willing to assist me with any request, no matter how time-consuming. Overall, it was an amazing hotel experience.

Workers here are so lazy they won't do anything for you. Half the time there not even at the front desk so you can't ask for towels or get what you need. They don't clean the rooms and if you ask them they will tell you they will clean your room but won't (liars). I have to walk all the way behind the building from the 3rd floor to throw the trash away. Worst of all the price isn't cheap. Breakfast is terrible and very limited. You can definitely find a better place for cheaper. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I recently stayed at Extended Stay and had a fantastic experience. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, which was perfect for preparing meals. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities like the fitness center and laundry facilities were great. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions and dining. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. Overall, I highly recommend Extended Stay for a comfortable and convenient stay. I'll definitely be returning!

Had my doubts… but everything went better than expected! Someone at the front counter (autumn?) was super helpful and considerate to my needs/requests. Stay here for convenience and decent price + the clean sheets 😉 two thumbs up

Great hotel, clean and tidy and I would say reasonable pricing, the best thing is about this place is the workers though, they are all amazing and funny people. Queen is the best she works up at the front and she has an amazing personality that doesn’t leave u scared to ask for anything. She seems like the backbone to this place I’d come back just for her service.!:)

I recently stayed at ESA with my friend. Our room was very clean and the staff made us feel very comfortable. The best part of the hotel for us though was the GM Ashley. She was very nice informative and attentive to our needs. We had a lot of questions and she answered them all with a smile on her face. She was very patient and polite. She definitely made our stay the best it could be. I will refer friends and family to this branch simply because the way we were treated during what for us was a very stressful time. Thank you Ashley we appreciate everything you did for us.

Horrible experience. Charged an unauthorized amount of $85.99. The reason? A late check when I checked out an hour and a half BEFORE check out time. Have been trying to get in touch with a manager for literal weeks. Had to contact my bank to provide “proof” I checked out when they have a camera. Absolutely ridiculous; scammer business. I guess you were suppose to take a picture saying goodbye. Highly suggest staying somewhere different; especially, if you’re traveling.
