I was worried about driving in Alaska during winter and Im so glad I found Niles! Niles offers different tours with great prices. He responded promptly from the beginning to the end. He definitely loves his job and cares about his group. He took us to Chena hot spring, Arctic Circle, aurora chasing, North Pole, and downtown Fairbanks. He was very flexible and gave us suggestion on our itinerary due to unexpected weather condition. It wasn’t the best day to see the northern light but Niles didn’t give up. He took us to several spots, and we finally saw it! I definitely recommend him to those who are looking for a tour guide, who is knowledgeable, experienced, caring, passionate and genuine. Be the way, he knows the best Thai restaurant in town!

Niles was an absolute gem in guiding our adventure to the Castner Glacier Cave today! We were sooooo lucky to bump into him on a uber ride. Niles is very experienced and knowledgeable; we really enjoyed him telling us all abt the winter wildlives. And of course the view in the glacier cave is absolutely stunning. Overall, we had an amazing time!

Niles is very experienced, knowledgeable, passionate and an expert at what he does. We came to North Pole, AK and was disappointed at not being able to see the Northern Lights by ourselves the first night. It was only because of Niles that we were able to see amazing Aurora even on low KP the following night. His pricing is great and he puts in a lot of effort and hard work for his clients. We had an amazing time and are glad we got our tour done by him. Highly recommended!
