HORRIBLE! DO NOT CALL THEM! I Called in at 10 am, they said they would pick up my package (contact lenses) at 11 and deliver it by 11:30. By noon they were still nowhere to be found. Called them and they said they already pick up and they were on route. At 1pm I stated calling again and message and I had zero response. I called the doctor and found out they haven’t picked up yet. What a horrible human! This was an emergency and they knew it and didn’t care. My husband was blind at that point. Ruined our day.

Called to get a ride to work, was told the ride would arrive no problems. Never showed up. Never got a call saying it wouldn’t show, had to plead with boss not to fire me. NEVER use this “service”

Anthony was/is the most professional, courteous and polite driver . I've ever used. He went extremely out of his way to pick us up. And take us to our destination. Not to use Anthony is doing yourself a great disservice. All companies should be run like this. And all drivers should be as professional as Anthony.

This company is incredibly unreliable. They canceled within 5 minutes of our pick up time AND pocketed 50% for doing nothing. We had booked with them for a wedding and the groom was late to his own ceremony. When people reach out to resolve, their response is rude and dismissive. Terrible customer service. When the company cancels, especially so last second, a 100% refund should be issued. Scam.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. Completely unreliable. I called and setup a pickup we were told 20-25minutes our ride would arrive to pick us up. After 35 minutes I called back and was told they were contacting the driver to find out and would call back. 20 minutes later no call back, no driver. I called and kept getting a "mike isn't available" message when asking for dispatch. We are still waiting and no answer from igo taxi and they've already charged my card for no service provided. Dont even bother wasting your time with this service. Completely unreliable and unresponsive.

Never showed up. I prepaid 100 dollars for a ride to work. Luckily my money was refunded. But I did have to call out of work

I was so impressed with this business!!
I called and left a message.
My daughter-in-law and grandchildren had a vehicle breakdown and they needed a ride back to the hotel in Lincoln, NH.
Within a couple minutes.. I received a call back..
Gentleman was very accommodating and I was impressed with how quickly he did get back to me. I would definitely call again if I need a taxi service in the Littleton area!!

Canceled services 15 minutes before agreed upon scheduled time. Event was for a wedding and the entire bridal party was late. Company gave 50% refund on a $300 ride when they were aware that the car had issues days prior and did not do anything to address them. Bad experience and would not recommend!
