We had to wait for a gate and then the luggage took a long time before arriving at the luggage carousel. This added time to our original scheduled pick up. Don, our assigned driver, was extremely patience waiting for us in that cold weather!He was worried about us in the cold so he was right where we asked him to be when we were picked up.

Forgive me if you think I’m being harsh I don’t know if you remember a Sasha Gonzalez she was who applied months ago and she expressed this to me. What made me leave this review is because I wanted to apply for your company and was reminded by her that I shouldn’t because of this reason. Don’t know what’s the truth or lie and never did I ever try and make you guys look bad but I felt bad for my friend when she expressed this and I spoke up cause she was afraid to. My family recently used Hy’s for our airport transportation to and from JFK. The Vehicles were clean and comfortable and the drivers very professional and courteous. I found the service to be very efficient. The drivers were very prompt and communicative, especially when dealing with our JFK arrival considering our journey through customs and baggage.
