The check in desk lady was nice. The room was very nice. A nice bed with a nice bathroom and shower. Better than Hilton and Marriott. What could have been better is that we could hear noise in the hallway late at night and around 5:30, 5:45am. I came to Hyatt for it to be quieter than Hilton. It turned out to be that it was less quiet and we are on the second floor. There also wasn’t any curtains which was a bad thing because I don’t like being woken up by the light outside.

We had a wonderful stay as a family with two small children. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very welcoming. My kids enjoyed the spacious indoor pool. The small fireplace on the patio was a cozy touch, especially during the winter. The breakfast offered several options, but it could be improved. The bathroom door was little bit annoying while opening but not a big issue.

Stayed here for an extended stay . Place is clean and the people who work there are super nice . Breakfast was good. Indoor pool was clean and nicely heated . Loved the patio with the firepit. Nice gym equipment. Everything was great . I had the suite with the blackout shades and the room was huge with a dining room, kitchen and large living room and a separate bedroom . Jamie and Dana are awesome. Enjoyed the bar at night . Would definitely stay here again

Checked in on Friday night and everything seemed perfect, hotel is fairly new, clean rooms, polite staff, but then at about 10pm a large group of teenage boys showed up on our floor. After about an hour of door slamming, running up and down the hallway, screaming, cussing and even banging on our adjoining door, I called the front desk twice. Was told each time they would come up personally and put a stop to this immediately. Which was a complete lie. After only being there about 3 hours we left and told them we’d expect not to be charged a dime! What ticked me off more than anything was the lies by staff assuring us they would attend to the situation when they never even stepped foot on our floor. When we left, the downstairs bar was filled with what was probably the parents to the group. Rest assured, we will never stay there again!

Wonderful check in experience. Staff was wonderful. Rooms were spacious and hotel was close to shopping and beaches. We did not get to enjoy breakfast because we slept in. Definately enjoyed our weekend stay. Looking forward to returning.

We had no reservation when we stopped here in the evening. No problem getting a room. Staff were very friendly, rooms clean, and the hot breakfast was good. I loved the towels, and we appreciated the numerous outlets near the bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was better than expected, was nice and roomy. Great breakfast selection. There was a mature gentleman at the front desk, not sure of his name, but he provided exceptional service and was very kind. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would stay there again.

Definitely has lots of room and potential for improvement. Wasn’t a good experience from the moment we entered. We were “upgraded” due to Globalist status but I wouldn’t call it an upgrade. The door to the adjoining room was wide open when we entered our room for the first time. I had ensure the room was empty before entering it fully. Went to grab a bath towel and it was clearly dirty but has been folded and placed on the towel rack. Opened shower curtain to find a huge pile of hair that wasn’t ours. In the morning after washing my face and grabbing for a hand towel… good thing I looked because you guessed it… dirty again. Room definitely needs to some repairs as well as a deep clean. The couch cushions were stained and carpeting as well. Definitely not what I would expect to be upgraded to being a guest or globalists. I did report my findings to the gentleman working day shift on 11/9/24 and he immediately wanted nothing to do with it stating it’s not his job to worry about the rooms and he cannot do anything about it. He called out the housekeeping manager whom apologized and agreed to have new towels sent to my room which never happened. The best thing about this visit regarding the hotel was the pleasant and helpful young lady who worked evenings on both nights of my stay. Won’t be booking here again and as a Hyatt Globalist that says a lot.
