I had the pleasure of staying in Carbondale Illinois at 312 W Monroe Street Location, My Stay turn out to be a whole year here, I Can’t Say Nothing Bad About My Time Here, The Airbnb Was Truly A Great Place For Me Enjoy Everything About The Location And I Home To Me Was My Home Away From Home, The Staff From The Rental Office Was Great When Ever I Call About Something Needed To Be Repaired They Was On It. Also When I Moved Here From Louisiana The Parking was Not Well Lit, But I Talk To The Staff And They Got It Well Lit Now, We All Feel Safe In The Area, You Can Sit Out On Your Porch And Truly Enjoy The
Place, Thank A Million For Allowing Me To Enjoy Your Airbnb, To Me It Felt Like Home I would Truly Recommend It Over And Over Again.

Notice how they never reply to reviews, shows how much they don’t care about their tenants. By far the worst place I have ever rented from. I called 5 different times about roaches, which they sprayed twice and they were still there (i never told them where the roaches were) and somehow they knew it was the kitchen. Makes you think they knew about it before. Also my friend found a roach in her bed. Called 4 times about a squirrel in my ceiling, NOTHING was ever done, they claimed the person who answered phones just quit or got fired so it was probably her. Own up to your mistakes. Woke up one morning to our whole bathroom window had just fallen out in the middle of winter. The last month and half of me living there my room was infested with spiders, I would wake up to them crawling on me and biting me. Once again i called NOTHING was done. I slept on my roommates floors for a month because they were too lazy to do anything about the spiders. I saw a review from a while back calling them slumlords, which is 100% true! They are unprofessional, lazy and rude. We moved in and they had us fill out prior damages or things to be fixed, NEVER ONCE did they come to fix those like they said they would in the whole year i lived there. Had someone tour our place with only hours notice, which is unprofessional. I reported them to the city and nothing was ever done, this place is an absolute joke. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! SLUMLORDS, they should honestly be ashamed, who would want to live like that. All it takes is a call to have an actual exterminator come out, I don’t get how lazy y’all can be. Pick up the phone and DO YOUR JOB.

Can't get no one to come out and do anything new realtor supposed to come look at these apartments hopefully they are going to upgrade stuff it's really not bad if maintenance will take care business

Very Disgusting apartments with roaches & bed bugs coming through the cracks of the door, wall, & outlets from other tenants! They also have “showings”, “pest control” and “city inspections” often but there are still bugs somehow…. They will give you notice BARELY 24 hours ahead. So if you miss their text or they arrive extremely early they will JUST WALK RIGHT IN AFTER 1 or 2 very quick knocks!!!!!! I am a female that lives alone so I do not feel comfortable with 2 or 3 men unlocking my apartment & letting themselves in while I am still in the process of waking up ! Don’t even bother calling them about it neither nothing new ever gets done & they will just tell you excuses or say its protocol or $75 fee if they can’t come in….

My girl friend and I rented from Home Rentals from June 2018 - January 2021, and our experience was wonderful!

Any time we had a maintenance-related issue, or any issue for that matter, the staff was there same day, or within 24 hours of notifying the office. I can't begin to explain how grateful we were to rent from Home Rentals! I would recommend to any of my friends or family.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing Home Rentals had been during my time renting with them. I am a college student and I began renting with them in August of 2020. From the beginning, they were so helpful and understanding, they were even able to get me an immediate move-in when I was desperately trying to find a place to stay! While living there, maintenance was also so quick and readily available if something needed to be fixed. I'd also like to give a shout-out to Alyssa who went above and beyond this entire time while I rented. She made it very clear about how much her and this company truly care about their renters. I highly recommend renting through this company, you definitely will not regret it. Thank you for everything Home Rentals!

I absolutely love home rentals! Their staff is some of the best people I have had to deal with when renting a home. Chase did great when it came to finding me a place in my price range and he was very personable and easy to talk to. Anytime I’ve had any problems they are quick to respond and come up with a solution. I wouldn’t want to rent from anybody else!

I’ve been renting from home rentals for about 3 1/2 years now and I love my place. affordable apartment, central air, W.D, dish washer and balcony's for a nice day. nice maintenance men that will come fix any issues in a reasonable time frame. The home rentals managers Tally and alyssa has been amazing to me and My son from the very beginning. I’m forever thankful for them both.
