I stayed at Hollywood motel for two nights. I reserved the room through Expedia I even have the confirmation email. Upon arrival the clerk Eddie, said he has no reservations for me that he never received anything from Expedia.Also the no vacancy sign was in the window and states he doesn’t have any rooms available. It was 9 pm I had driven 5 hrs, told him I was going to work tomorrow in the area. He looked at his list a couple of times then said I have a room waiting for maintenance tomorrow for a leaky faucet, there is nothing wrong with the room just the faucet. We talked about my safety since I’m a female traveling alone, he felt sure I would be safe, the room was not far from the front desk. He walked me to the room.
Now about the room,it wasn’t the Hilton but I wasn’t expecting the Hilton, it was clean even though it was not supposed to be available. Good water pressure, clean towels, soap, clean microwave and refrigerator. TV in good working order with remote & cable. Never saw bugs (and you know I checked). Very quiet, no noise, zero from the adjoining rooms, no doors closing etc. The only problem I had was smoke coming into my room from the other rooms( I was in a smoking room because it was the only one left. Eddie promised me a much nicer non smoking room when I return. He was such a pleasant gentleman. Thank you Eddie for taking such good care of my needs. I really appreciate you.

People are nice but rooms are in bad shape. beds are uncomfortable and carpet is torn up and paint flaking off walls etc. came in clutch though for work at least.

I came in very late, checked in. I drove from lake village my daughter went to the er in crosette. Very courteous staff. Helpful people. Nice quiet spot very nice. My daughter is ok. And I was able to enjoy some time with her. I will stay again sometime in the coming future

We stayed here again for the two weeks we were working in the area because Eddie, the owner is awesome. He may even shoot a game of pool with you in his game room that we use a LOT. Watch out, he knows how to use a stick.

This is an older motel but it has clean and comfortable rooms. The price is very reasonable. This property is under new management. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They have a game room and laundry facilitie on site. We travel a lot due to our job. Been to crossett a few times. This is a great choice for accommodation. Will definitely be staying here when we return.

The service is great and the staff is very friendly! Also its very clean and not to mention the beds are comfortable. I recommend this motel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area. I came for work and needed a place to stay and they made it worth while. You also won't be able to find a better price anywhere else.

Upon arriving at the Hollywood, I found that it was under new management, Eddie Chow. The rooms were very clean. Plenty of ice in machine,the sheets were very soft,and clean. Eddie was so personal in taking care of my situation. We had a house fire.and Mr. Tate had suffered a stroke prior to the fire,. And Eddie checked on him everyday. I would like to thank . Mr Chow made my stay very heart warming. THANKS FOR THE CARING STAY THAT U PROVIDED,
