Bought 2 heaters online Thursday last week. (10/17/24) They were supposed to be available for pick up Friday by noon. I get there at 1:00 PM on my lunch break, they still aren't ready! Girls at the front said no one there knew how to "fool with" online orders. Their words. 30 minutes later, I FINALLY got 1 of the heaters. Mind you, (they are both already paid for). They sold my other one to someone else, because they didn't pick the order that morning and sit it aside, like they were supposed to. Shift manager sat in her car on break, talking to an employee on the phone, but refused to come in and help us, or let me speak to a store manager! They were supposed to call when another one came available from the truck/shipment. It's Tuesday, and no one has called. Called up there just a few minutes ago, and was told I can come up there and get one that HAS BEEN RETURNED! THIS STORE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! Worst customer service I've EVER seen! I will never shop here again! I RECORDED THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION IN THE STORE, AND ALL OF THE RUN AROUND I WAS GIVEN. I WILL FIND OUT WHO OWNS THIS STORE, AND PLAY THE RECORDING FOR THEM. AT LEAST 2 OF THESE CRAPPY EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE FIRED!

The store is clean, nearly arranged, and has a large variety of items. You can get in and out of there quick. Workers are friendly enough but if you need help for some reason finding something or getting info about a product, I've found your just wasting your time even asking. Most the workers are clueless about the items being sold. If you ask where something is they are able to tell you what section of the store which really isn't helpful; I thought that was fairly obvious to everyone. In addition, where are the prices? If it's out front or the small area on the side of the store there aren't any prices to be found. It's such a hassle to have to take items to the checker to see how much they are. I like Atwood's but they could use some improvements.
