I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Orange Park, FL, for a business trip, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-kept everything was—the lobby, hallways, and my room were spotless, which made settling in easy and comfortable.

The staff was outstanding! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making my stay enjoyable. Check-in was quick and smooth, and housekeeping did a great job keeping my room fresh and tidy throughout my stay.

One of the biggest highlights for me was the breakfast. There were plenty of options, whether I wanted a full meal or just something quick before heading out. The hot items like eggs, bacon, and waffles were fresh and tasty, and there were plenty of lighter options too, like fruit and yogurt. It was a great way to start the day!

The hotel was also a great fit for business travelers. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and I had no trouble finding a quiet spot to catch up on emails. The location was super convenient, with easy access to restaurants and major roads.

This was a great hotel for our family! We had to travel for soccer and were not familiar with the area. We actually booked somewhere else and were shocked at how awful that hotel was. Luckily we were able to book here with such short notice! The staff were all super nice and helpful! The hotel was clean, rooms were so comfortable too. We took advantage of the onsite restaurant and had great meals!

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean and well-prepared, with a cozy bed that made for restful nights. The staff at check-in were warm and welcoming, making the arrival experience easy and pleasant. I also enjoyed the breakfast offerings, which were varied and delicious – a great way to start the day.

However, there are a couple of areas that could make future stays even better. I noticed some noise from neighboring rooms, so improved soundproofing would be helpful for a quieter experience. Additionally, while breakfast was tasty, a bit more variety or local options could add a nice touch.

Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and with these small tweaks, I think it would be perfect. I look forward to returning and seeing how the hotel continues to enhance the guest experience!

Team was super friendly! It’s clear service is top of mind for them all. Great job to management for their leadership. It’s clear. Room was super clean!

Cons: heater was super loud and restaurant food was so so for dinner. Fish was overcooked and dry.

I would definitely come again as the service was above and beyond!

The staff was very friendly to my relative and I and were easy to talk to. The view from the fifth floor was also very nice. The room was very cozy and the bathrooms had everything we needed. The only downside was a lack of frozen goods variety in the market in the lobby. They could also use some small bottles or cartons of milk to sell. Besides that one grievance, we would happily stay again.

I’ve never stayed at such a wonderful hotel. They make you feel like you’re family and you’re right at home. Everybody is always smiling and as helpful as can be. I always eat most of my meals in there restaurant. The chef and servers are unbelievable. As good as food as you’ll find at any restaurant. The hotel is the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Keep it up guys and girls. You guys are awesome.

I had to stay here due to hurricane evacuation, and was greeted with excellent customer service and accommodations. I have to bring my dogs, and they welcomed them given the situation. The staff was attentive, caring and professional. The room was well equipped and spacious, and the whole property was very clean and well maintained. During such a difficult time, the hotel staff made me feel at ease and taken care of.
