We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great location for entrance into the south rim. Only complaint is the food at the restaurants on site is not great (nor is anything outside the hotel nearby unfortunately).
The couple of times we needed something, we called the front desk and got prompt and polite service.
Nice pool area, tons for kids to enjoy, and overall a beautiful resort.
I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is located just a few miles south of the South Entrance to Grand Canyon National Park along Route 64 in Grand Canyon Village. It’s very convenient for visiting the park. There are plenty of free parking spaces, and several restaurants, including a McDonald’s, are within a 5-minute drive.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, although the bed was a little too soft for my back. The free breakfast is your typical chain-hotel offering — nothing fancy — but it’s a nice way to start the day.

One highlight of our stay was the wonderful service from Imelda, a staff member in the breakfast area. She greeted every table with a warm smile, helped guests with pancakes and juices, and truly brightened the morning. Her friendliness made breakfast more enjoyable and made our stay even more pleasant.

This hotel is located just a few miles south of the South Entrance to Grand Canyon National Park along Route 64 in Grand Canyon Village. The hotel is much older than other Holiday Inn’s we have stayed in lately, but the staff does an excellent job maintaining the facility and the guest rooms. There is plenty of free parking along the perimeter of the hotel with several entrances making it easier for guests with a lot of luggage. We found this hotel quite charming, clean with a great king-size bedroom suite. The free breakfast is your standard chain-hotel meal, nothing to brag about. The prepackaged food, especially the egg omelet, is just terrible. However, the staff member maintaining the breakfast bar did a fantastic job making sure there was plenty of food available and did a great job refilling any item which was running low. As for the front desk staff, they were all fantastic, but we would like to recognize one staff member in particular who went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Her name was Eliza, and we would personally like to let her know how much we appreciated her service and hope Holiday Inn recognizes your service to their customers and rewards you accordingly.

We had a pleasant enough stay, as we always arrived just in time to shower and sleep, and left right after breakfast. Having a warm breakfast with some healthy options was great-- and the staff is excellent. Otherwise, it was a very basic hotel, that felt a bit old and in need of a refresh. But in a GREAT location to get out to explore, which was what we were there for. Beds were comfortable and clean, we slept great! Bathroom was small and cramped, but at least the sink counter was spacious, and we had full size hand soap/lotion on the walls, which is always appreciated (no plastic waste on tiny bottles)!

I have learned Holiday Inn express overall has very hard beds. However, the staff did their best to help us out. We ended up switching rooms and the second bed was a little softer so it was tolerable for us.

Shout out to Chris at the front desk. We didn’t get to personally thank you. So THANK YOU!

The rooms were very clean. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Overall it was a great stay.

Husband and I stayed in room 512 in the adult only hotel. It was great. It is a 2 room suite at the end of the hall. Quiet and private. Loved it. Hotel is 5 minutes from the south rim entrance to the park. Breakfast had a lot to be desired though. Sausage links were over cooked and eggs were not good. Juices were watered down. That is the only issue we had was breakfast. We ended up eating yogurt and fruit.

Glad we stayed here. The lady at check in was nice. Easy to get to on the way to the Grand Canyon. We had a tasty breakfast this morning. My vegetarian daughter loved the egg white omelette. They also served coffee/tea scrambled eggs, sausage & chobani yogurt as well as cinnamon rolls and a variety of breads. The gentleman in charge of the area was very friendly & helpful and kept the dining area very clean.

Nice receptionist, easy check-in. Good-sized clean room, except not room for a decent easy chair--only a tiny uncomfortable padded chair. Bathroom mirror was attractive, but almost useless because only had dim perimeter lighting. Bathroom had soap/shampoo dispensers instead of those tiny soap bars. Squeaky bathroom door was a problem at night. Breakfast was great--one of the best in our motel travels. Great variety of tasty food items. Many friendly, helpful servers. Desk people gave very useful advice about when to go into the Canyon. Quite expensive, as are all of the places near the Canyon.
