The bathroom was large and well-designed with a roll-in shower. The aisles were wide with a convenient seating area. The bedding was very comfortable and the facility was quiet at night. We enjoyed the cinnamon rolls and biscuits with gravy for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone made our holiday stay restful and fun. I would highly recommend this facility for convenience and cleanliness.

SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF!!! I was expecting so much less from this hotel based on the ratings but everything was clean and pleasant. The pool was nice too. When we got here the power was out due to an outage in the area (NOT the hotels fault) and the staff was still able to get us in and everyone was laughing and smiling about it. It was actually fun for the hour that it lasted. I think what blew me away the most was how responsive and friendly the staff was. They would over hear me saying things at breakfast even and jump in and try to help. I would stay here again.

When we arrived the front desk employee was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the room was up to date and not ‘worn out’ looking for lack of better term. The next morning the new front desk person was just as friendly. It was a nice experience.

Stayed in late Sept 2024. Wondering if this place was recently opened. No front desk -- a couple of chairs and card tables with computers on them. But check-in experience was OK. There was a side door with very close parking, perfect for hauling all my stuff into my down-at-the-end room without a ton of walking -- BUT -- the side door's card access reader wasn't working. (Staff even came out to try it and confirmed not working) So had to lug my stuff in through center door and all the way down the hall. Cowl on the AC unit had annoying vibration when running. Tried to adjust/tighten it to be more quiet but no luck. Eggs and sausage at breakfast were cold-ish. Lots of TV stations available but system/remote was not set up so lots of figuring and way too many remote clicks to get to where I wanted to be. Cleanliness was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. A $100 experience that I paid ~$200 for.

Nice & clean. After staying in one in Shawnee KS, this deserves 5 stars! Ugh. But a consistent problem is lack of maintenance! The bath fan didn’t work in 221, don’t think the heater works right, shower handle is installed backwards, sink faucet wakes my wife up. Don’t get me started on the Shawnee one!

The staff were superb! Everyone was so friendly! The rooms and pool were super clean and comfortable. There was one lady working hard to take the tall weeds down, and it must have been hot and miserable. She still smiled and was so kind to us. Front desk people were excellent as well. Thanks!

Giving this establishment a bit of a checkered review as it is being refreshed. Our room had two thin layers of curtains (no blackout shades). With nighttime parking lot lighting it was nearly possible to read a book without using in room lighting! The lack of hooks in the bathroom and barely adequate vanity space meant we had to ask for a hair dryer. Even though staff said we were placed apart from the "pet section", a yapping dog in the hallway or room next (not sure the exact source of the noise) began an irritating routine that lasted until late or later (we finally ran the HVAC fan continuously to create "white noise" and went to sleep). On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, the staff friendly, and the breakfast on a par with typical motel offerings (the breakfast was fully staffed - something not always found).

Great customer service! The lady at check in was super - we needed 3 beds and we got a ground floor room with a hide-a-bed. It was a bit cramped but, it worked for us. |The guy in charge of breakfast was also skilled in customer service, chatty and helpful. Property is being remodeled but, we had zero inconvenience because of it. And I think our room had new everything. Otherwise this property met the HIE standard's one would expect. Good location with eating choices within a few blocks. |The downside: we were told the Internet was out clear to the east coast so, there is no TV. But the credit card machine worked AND we had Internet in the room. We got two different stories on the TV the next morning - don't care about the TV. I do care about being lied to.
