Staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure for showers is great. The hotel could use some updating and repairs - it's lacking in quality construction and attention to detail. Less than impressed with the housekeeping service. I don't like to have housekeeping in my room but recognize with extended stays you need to let them in. Here I'm not sure it matters. I've been working in the desert, returning to hotel room grimy and dusty. It is clear that no surfaces in my room were wiped down or cleaned, the floors weren't cleaned, towels weren't replaced or even touched (folded, moved - nothing). The only indication that housekeeping came into the room was that the toilet seat is up and they emptied the bathroom garbage and neglected to replace garbage bags. I say bags because they also emptied the unused office garbage. The lack of attention to things that did need cleaning make me wish to change hotels.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The Hotel itself was old but acceptably clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and clean. Rooms and hallways did smell of old cigarette smoke even though hotel is currently smoke free. Definitely in need of a remodel. Over all it was suitable for a place to lay our heads for the night.

The staff are very friendly and professional. The building is older so understand that when choosing to stay here. The rooms are clean. But dated. Others have commented on the train going by. We didn't hear it with the ac unit on high. The pool is inviting in the hot weather. The breakfast buffet is great. There is a lot of choices for the whole family. We would likely stay there again.

We got a suite, got free breakfast which was good. The facility was nice. In Oct the pool was all in shade by 4. Our suite was very nice, had a nice bar area with a microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. I was surprised with all of that there were no dishes in the cupboard to use and put in dishwasher. Will stay again when in area.

The king size bed suite was perfect for three adults. The bathroom was spacious. It's obvious the rooms have been renovated, but it may be time for a touch up. The staff was incredibly friendly and took pride in their hotel and community. The attached restaurant was convenient and pretty good.

Very nice hotel. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. You get a coupon for a breakfast buffet in the adjoining restaurant. The only complaint would be a near by train track and the train horn is loud and it goes many times a night. They do offer ear plugs in your room. I used the laundry and the washer and dryer did a good job for $1.50 a load.

Loved the hotel. Rooms were clean and cozy. Shower gets super hot and stays that way. Beautiful lobby and plenty of parking. Breakfast buffet in the morning is lovely. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the atrocious service (or should I say lack there of?) at the hotel bar. It took over 20 minutes just to order our beers while the women working were busy washing glasses or tallying receipts or any other number of duties that usually get put on hold when a paying customer walks in needing service. It then took another 10 for the beer to actually be placed before us. Bottled beer, not even tap. The bar was slow, too. It wasn't like they were slammed, they just don't make customers a priority.

The hotel itself wasn’t terrible. I’ve stayed at better Holiday Inns though.
The worst part about this hotel, is that that it is across the street from very busy train tracks. Every night, there were at least 5 or 6 trains throughout the night. Also, the hotel is right along a busy road. It seems like there is absolutely no sound proofing done to the rooms. You can actually hear people talking from neighboring rooms. All in all, this was not a good experience staying in this hotel. It was extraordinarily noisy at all hours of the day/night.
I would not recommend this hotel.
