The staff here are great. I was staying at another major hotel in town for work. Hands down this hotel was way better in customer service. The pool was just right. After working 12 hr shifts walking on concrete all day, the jacuzzi was on point.it was clean and worked great.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a pleasant young lady at the front desk. She exuded efficiency and courtesy, making the check-in process a breeze. Our room was exceptionally clean and was refreshed daily as per our request. The Dove personal care products provided in the bathroom were a nice touch. However, we were a bit disappointed with the quality of coffee in our room. Thankfully, the coffee available in the lobby was much better. Despite this minor setback, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider using this hotel again when visiting Casa Grande and its surrounding communities in the future. From the excellent service to the comfortable and well-maintained accommodations, this hotel left a positive impression on us and we highly recommend it to others.

Super friendly, helpful employees here, made me feel welcome:). The pool maintenance man, front desk, cleaning crew, everyone wonderful. You get so many amenities, pool, workout room, 24/7 coffee, breakfast. Room clean and smelled nice. We liked so much, we stayed two nights. I am so glad I found this cute, wonderful place!!:) Tv very nice as well:)

Passing through on a road trip with our two granddaughters. Stopped at midnight. Happy to find a clean, safe and reasonably priced hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The pool area was nice, maybe next time we can use the pool.I would stay again.

Positive: easy access and clean!! Negative: tiny low toilet and very tight shower room. couldn't close the door to the shower room unless in the tub. the breakfast was all carbs and sweet things. no meat or eggs at all. went somewhere else for breakfast 2nd morning

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room’s amenities and furniture. Couldn’t help but notice the room had a 3.2 fridge where as priceyer hotels have 1.5 ft fridge. Everything was clean and bed was comfy. They had complimentary breakfast as well. Was not disappointed especially for the cost.

Clean rooms, easy access to main roads. Close to highway. Friendly staff. Breakfast included. Very spacious rooms to boot. I had a wonderful time in my little home away from home....................................................

Clean and comfy room.

The pool was clean, but quite warm.
Not refreshing till you get out.
Good Jacuzzi - made my back feel better after a few hours of driving.

Staff is friendly and efficient.
