The hotel seems quite nice. Not much personality from the front desk, but they were friendly enough. I certainly wasn't greeted or treated as a Hilton Honors member, which I am. My main issue was with my room, and more specifically, the bathroom. It was not cleaned well at all. There was excrement on the toilet seat, and the shower had some grime and dirt left behind. I didn't have time to ask someone to clean it, so I ended up doing it myself. Very displeased with that portion of the experience, but otherwise, things were fine and functional. I'd certainly expect better from Hilton typically, and I hope this is just a randomly negative experience that could happen to anyone.

Service on the phone ahead of the reservation and our room was great. When checking in, we were given the wrong time for the wedding shuttle but didn't know that until it was too late. We were given that information numerous times and became very stressed for our friend's NYE wedding. Didn't feel like our stay really cared.

I like it very much. It was convenient for my work, the restaurant was good and there were other good options around the hotel. The fitness area was great!

This place is an absolute disaster, and I will NEVER book here again. I’ll make sure everyone knows: DO NOT BOOK HERE, especially for any kind of event. The customer service is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and downright incompetent.

I recently attended a wedding here, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a venue. The manager, who was supposed to be the bride’s UNCLE, was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. If this is how they treat their own family, I can’t imagine how terrible they are with regular guests.

The problems started immediately. We were directed by staff to the breakfast area, which we were told was arranged for wedding guests. Later, the manager insisted we pay for it because it was supposedly the “wrong breakfast.” How is that our fault when it was their staff’s mistake? Instead of apologizing or fixing it, the manager doubled down, acting rude and condescending the entire time. Complaints to the front desk went nowhere—they just shrugged and told us, “We’ll look into it,” but nothing was done.

As for the wedding itself, the service was horrible. The staff was rude, inattentive, and seemed to go out of their way to make things difficult.

This place is a complete disaster from start to finish. Between the rude management, filthy rooms, and abysmal event service, it’s not worth anyone’s time or money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

Was here for a wedding before and the manager here was the UNCLE OF THE BRIDE, so I can only imagine how terrible they are if they cannot accommodate for their own family members and guests….. it left a very sour taste in the mouth of the groom’s side……

When we came in the staff directed us to the breakfast designated for the wedding which turned out to be the “wrong breakfast.” As it was the staff that had misled us there and not OUR MISTAKE, I did not understand why the manager tried to charge us for the breakfast?!?!? In addition, he was INCREDIBLY RUDE and refused to acknowledge that we were there for his niece’s wedding at his hotel where a complementary breakfast for wedding guests was prearranged.

The fact that he was too stingy to take account for his staff’s mistake and was adamant in charging us for breakfast (when we were supposed to receive a designated breakfast for the wedding that was booked there), shows how from the staff to the manager and owner are incompetent.

The service throughout the day of the wedding was terrible. They took advantage of the fact that it was family and made sure to give TERRIBLE room service as well!!! The rooms were dirty and disgusting, ants and fecal matter…. See some of the other horrible reviews, the good ones are 100% fake.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

Check in was fine. Went to my room and found a large vitamin E pill on the floor! Not mine. Then the tv would only allow Spanish channels. Someone came up to help but he had no luck either. Asked for some kind of compensation as I was exhausted from travel and hungry. Was told they couldn’t due to the fact I booked through a third party!! So nothing. Very disappointed.

Booked this hotel mainly for the spa/hot tub. Checked in and the spa/hot tub is ice cold and front desk says the heater is not working because it's cold outside? Front desk offered no apology, no alternatives. Very disappointing.

Someone left a review 3 months ago saying it was broken then too. They probably just never fixed it.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was going great until I had an unfortunate situation that happened. We were there for a wedding and in the hustle to get going to the wedding I accidentally dropped my wallet at the hotel. I realized it was missing just before the ceremony took place and immediately left to go back to the hotel. I reported to the hotel management and they assured me they would look at the camera footage to see if anybody picked it up. With identity fraud on the rise I was very concerned about my id. The hotel was very busy with several weddings taking place there so they were not able to look at the camera right away. To make a long story short I got a call almost a week later my wallet was found by an employee and turned in. So to the unsong hero employee thank you for your honesty for returning my wallet intact. I directed Tina who called me to give a reward to the employee who found it. So thank you to all involved for doing the right thing. The hotel even mailed it back free of charge even after I told them to take money out of the wallet to pay for shipping it back. I just got my wallet in the mail 2 days after the hotel called me. You can bet I will stay there again if the opportunity arises. What great service and integrity this fine establishment has and will continue to carry on with their mission statement.
