Heidi is amazing!! We've gone through her for all of our all inclusive trips, a cruise, and a few other out of state vacations. She is quick, precise, and helps us save money when possible! All of our trips scheduled through her have been very organized and have been flawless! It elevates loads of stress knowing we can trust Heidi with our specific wants for traveling (we'requite adventurous, so we ask for a lot). LOVED working with Haley to plan our belated honeymoon trip to New Zealand! She was incredibly helpful, and a huge stress-reliever as she took care of so many small details we were too busy to handle. I HIGHLY recommend Haley for any travel plans. This was our first experience with a travel agency and I don't think we'll ever go back to doing things on our own. SO much easier! And Haley made the experience fun for us! Canceled our trip due to concern of a forced quarantine and other covid nonsense. Had the insurance to be able to cancel. Be aware that you will not get your money back. They hold you hostage with travel vouchers to be used in house. Will never use this service again.
Terms:
"We have no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers and no liability for recommending a trip credit in lieu of a refund."
Seems like they could've recommended a refund but chose to hold us hostage by "recommending" a "trip credit".

I highly recommend CJ at Higgins. CJ totally went above and beyond when we setting up this trip.He not only "set it up" he assisted in the fine details such as even printing off the boarding passes,immigration forms etc. When we decide to go again CJ will definitely be our agent! Thanks CJ!
