Honestly the best service ever. Do yourself a favor next time you travel and let Jodie handle it. The hardest part of travel and vacation is all of the planning and research. Where to stay, what to do, airline problems and changes. It can be a lot of work. All I had to do this time was have a quick chat about where I wanted to go and what I like to do and everything happened for me after that. I was given multiple options on where to stay based on what I wanted to do and see. Everything was lined up and spelled out for me. Airline, transports, hotels, everything you could think of and some things you might not have...done. Even details on the area, what to expect & bring. EVERYTHING you would need to look at before going somewhere unfamiliar. I had a problem with preregistering my flight , something that would normally have had me on the phone with the airline forever the day before I had to leave, no problem. I sent a quick e-mail to Jodie and she was back to me within minutes letting me know she was on the phone with the airline for me and I could just go back to getting my family ready to go. She literally took care of every piece of the work for me. I'm typically a very hands on planner and handle all of the details myself but I can tell you that after this last experience, I will never travel anywhere without touching base with Jodie first. If you are thinking about going ANYWHERE, call her. You'll be glad you did!
