Our family enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Recommend that the eggs stay clear of bacon though since the flavor soaked into the eggs. But otherwise great selection. Pool was warm enough to take a dip. Close to the slopes.

The hotel is clean, the room was large and comfy. The walls|Must be thick because I didn’t hear anyone in the halls or walking above me. Breakfast was okay, your basic free breakfast. It has a great location and was super easy to find. The front desk was helpful

Was a great hotel however we decided to sleep in since we are on vacation so we didn’t shower until 30 minutes before check out. Only to find out that there was no conditioner, body wash, only 2 tissues left in the box and no body lotion. When we let the lady at the front desk know she seemed apologetic at first and said you could’ve called down last night and we would’ve change them out for you. While I’m staying there with clearly wet hair I said by the time we would’ve called down, then be replaced we wouldn’t have had time to shower. She didn’t apologize for this or discount us. Also when we left didn’t even say thank you for staying at our Hampton inn. I’ve stayed at many Hampton inns and this was by far the worst. Also don’t even get me started on the breakfast.

24/7 Fitness center
Water bottle refilling station in the lobby (not just a drinking fountain)
Free EV charging for guests
Attentive staff at breakfast

I’m working in the area for a few months, I have stayed at this hotel for a few weeks now. A few days ago after coming back to the hotel after working 12 hours, upon opening my door I was greeted with a gut wrenching smell like something died in my room. I asked the front desk and all they could do was give me air freshener to spray myself and they never actually looked into my room. The next day I stopped by and asked for a full cleaning and to inspect where the smell is coming from. Again I come back to a terrible smell in my room. This morning I mentioned the smell was coming from the fridge which did not seem to be working. They said they would tell the manager. Today I come back and the room smells and again it’s coming from the fridge. I go to the front desk and ask what can be done, so they take my fridge and don’t give me a new one. I’m supposed to be here for another week or two so I go ask the front desk what the plan is and Tobias gives me nothing but attitude as though I am bothering him. I’m checking out and never coming back to this hotel again. I’ll be telling all my coworkers who have been staying here as well. If this is how they treat a diamond member who has been staying here for over a month, imagine what they will do to you.

Good stay - went here on a promotion from Bluegreen - basically for free.

They try to sell you a timeshare, they say its not a timeshare but it is. Typical sales people - the closer got mad when we declined. Everything else was good, great breakfast and clean room. Not sure if this hotel is affiliated with Bluegreen, but they put us here.

Lincoln NH was very beautiful. Definitely will come back.

Convenient location, smooth check-in, and for the most part, a nice room. Booked our stay months ago, and it seemed obvious by what we found on the rug that the previous guests had a dog in the room. Besides some k9 kibble, the rug should have been thoroughly vacuumed, and the chair de-furred. Otherwise, if we book here again, we will request a non-doggy room.

Brand new property. These are always nice. Employees not very friendly though. Had to ask the day of for a late check out and was only given an hour despite the property being empty. Location is excellent to explore the area for leaf season as it’s right on the Kanc. It’s also a few minutes from the Cafe Lafayette Dinner Train. Pricing seemed higher for a Hampton, but not a ripoff either. I would stay here again just because of location and it’s new.
