I was with a large group and they kicked us out a day early because they over booked the hotel. Totally not cool. I normally enjoy Hampton Inn. It's usually one of my favorite hotel chains in the country, but not this particular one. Also when I was trying to go back to my room to pack my stuff, I had to go to the front desk twice to get the room key reprogrammed. That was also not cool.

I’d say this hotel is on the higher end of Hampton Inn hotels we’ve visited. The stuff you’d hope for and expect in any hotel: clean, staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is as advertised. They fit all of these descriptions. The additional touches we noticed: They had freshly baked cookies at the reception, and there was a hot chocolate station set up for kids for Christmas. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the interstate. Unlike a lot of hotels on the I-75 corridor, this hotel sits back in a quiet area off of the freeway. We could not hear traffic noise in our room. Comparing this Hampton to the one in Lake City, FL, there’s no comparison. I’ve stayed at both and I easily recommend this hotel.

I usually choose Hampton Inn for my business travels. This location is one of the best I have visited. Every employee was friendly. Breakfast was well above average and stayed clean and stocked. The room was spotless and in good condition. Nice extras like a hot chocolate station and water bottle filling at the water fountain. I would happily stay here again.

I had a long drive and seen this Hampton was right off the interstate. It was quiet and the rooms were decent. My biggest concern was the gentleman at the front was on his phone (it seemed he was on a live) while guests were entering the establishment. I don’t feel this is good for business or very professional. I believe his name was Trevon, very nice young man, but should remain off social media for others privacy. Also the conversations being had didn’t sound very “business friendly” either. Other than this, the stay was fine, but I probably will not return.

This is a wonderful place to stay from the welcoming front desk staff to the hard work I witnessed the whole stay from the housekeeping and food hospitality staff. Very professional customer service. The only complaint i have is our microwave in our room was on the verge of breaking it made such loud noises when we used it. I told the front staff about it and he said he would have maintenance come swap out the microwave and they never came. Other than that
nothing but positive experiences. Great breakfast. Clean throughout. Coffee & hot cocoa packets available 24/7. Zero chemical Eco friendly products in pump dispensers in room for soap, shampoo, lotion, shower gel etc.

Best Hospitality I ever seen; I worked for a Hampton Inn in Indiana, and was Hilton Certified in 2009. I have also worked and lived in other chains. I was here for an Emergency; Not pleasure. The staff and breakfast in this place is exceptional! I highly recommend it! ( If you do not speak Spanish, bring a translator).

Top Notch! The room was large and welcoming. Very clean and spacious. What a view! So peaceful and relaxing to overlook the water at sunrise and watch the lights at dark. The view from the park bench on the pier was superb. Staff was very attentive and friendly which added to us being extremely pleased with our stay.
