I had an amazing experience with Teresa at Gulliver’s Travel at Duck Creek!!! We were two weeks away from going on our honeymoon to St. Pete Beach, Florida when hurricane Helene hit. I was panicked! Two friends of mine use Teresa as their agent regularly. One of them suggested I give her a call. Thank goodness!!! She was like an angel!! I called her crying, and by the time I was off the phone with her, she had put me at ease. She planned our entire vacation to the most wonderful resort!!! She got us a direct flight, got us the seats we wanted, and all for a great price! She took care of absolutely EVERYTHING for us!!! I had a few questions I was a little panicked about, and she responded very quickly. I had never been to Mexico before. She was absolutely wonderful and we will definitely be using her again!!!!! She turned our nightmare into the absolute best honeymoon!!!!!

I developed a Baker's cyst (knee) two days before the end of our vacation to Mexico. I could barely walk. I contacted Teresa, and she contacted the front desk at our resort. She made sure a wheelchair was available for me, not only there so I could get in the van to go to the airport, but also waiting at the airport to get through customs and TSA and then to get to my terminal and onto the correct airplane. And she had someone waiting for me to wheel me off the plane and through customs and TSA when we landed back in the States. I would have had no idea how to handle this without Teresa's help. She was truly a godsend and an answer to prayer.

Teresa provided us with the BEST service during our vacation this January! She was able to help us push our trip back a day due to a winter storm, find our lost luggage, transfer us to a new resort when ours couldn’t accommodate us, and even added an extra day to our trip! Theresa Gonzales was very patient with us. The airline changed our flight. We were traveling with small children so the new flight didn't work. We had to change the dates and our rooms and Theresa was very helpful. We have used her in the past and will use her again in the future.

Teresa is the best travel agent ever. She helped us out tremendously over our fall break when our flight got canceled last minute due to hurricanes. We were devastated as we didn’t know what to do. Just returned from a fabulous Alaskan cruise on Princess Grand. We cannot thank Teresa Gonzales enough for planning. I am not a planner so having someone who knows what they are doing is invaluable. We have had Teresa plan several large trips for us so she knew us well enough to plan appropriate travel for air, transfers, lodging, etc. There were a few minor glitches that were because I didn’t have the necessary computer skills(😬), but Teresa took care of them immediately. If we had questions about the cruise, and she didn’t know, she would contact Princess and find the answer. I definitely appreciate Teresa returning call/texts/emails in a timely manner. Helps keep the anxiety down when planning a trip. I can’t say enough positive things about Teresa and Gulliver’s. Definitely a quality, caring and knowledgeable travel agent and agency.

The BEST vacations are when you have no concerns or worries and Teresa made that happen! It was my first family vacation with adult children and I wanted to savor every moment… Hurricane Beryl had other plans! Teresa reached out to me before I reached out to her and already had a plan in motion to get us out before the storm! I did not have to spend hours on the phone and try to navigate the travel system! The peace of mind knowing my travel agent was three steps ahead was priceless!! I HIGHLY recommend them for MANY REASONS! Although we had to cut our trip short, it was nothing short of amazing with absolutely no stress thanks to Teresa!
