It took my fiance and I three times calling to get a return phone call so my first impression was very poor but he wanted to give Mandi Krieg a shot at planning our vacation. We were finally able to have a phone meeting with her and received an email with destination/resort suggestions. We had some back and forth email communications and another phone meeting with her because we wanted to change some things and she was supposed to email us some updated information/destination suggestions but it's been a month since our last communication with her so I'm assuming she's either too busy or has more clients than she can handle so we have moved on to another company/travel agent.
