Our trip to Scotland/Ireland was amazing! Our tour manager, Eric, and his colleague, Carlotta, planned every detail of our trip and made sure everything went smooth.

We highly recommend Guardian to book traveling arrangements. They were very professional at all times and made sure everyone felt included.

Our hotel accommodations had everything we needed, and our bus drivers were excellent.

Completed a school trip with my daughter to Washington DC. It was Amazing!!!

Donita was our tour guide who was a wealth of knowledge, she was able to keep the kids engaged ( 8th and 9th graders) while teaching them the end and out of each place that we went. She taught them so much and they did not even realize they were learning.

Amanda managed the logistics of everything and it went seamless. Our time was utilized well between places. There was no wasted time, everything was planned strategically and the kids were begging to go to sleep at night. Everything was planned so well, if there was a change in plans ( due to traffic or unforeseen closures) all the parents were well informed.

Safety was the up most priority and it showed and as a mom that is so comforting.

I would 100% recommend not only Guardian Travel but also Donita and Amanda. They made the trip something to remember!

Our experience traveling with Guardian has been absolutely fantastic. I have a smaller music department so finding trips that are affordable for small groups can be a bit of a challenge.

After Covid we started our trips small to begin gaining traction again in the department. We traveled with Guardian to Washington DC. Between the affordability for our students, our amazing tour guide, and the performance opportunities that were provided, our students had an amazing experience.

This past year, we utilized Guardian again for a trip to NYC where students were offered the opportunity to have a clinic with professionals who were actively performing on broadway. A truly priceless experience.

This company has provided my students with unforgettable experiences, many memories and flawless planning. Everyone that I have worked with has been pleasant, professional and timely in their responses. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!

Guardian had taken on two very large trips for my students, each with over 100 students — and they were exceptional every step of the way. The team genuinely *gets* me as a teacher because they’re almost all current or former educators, so the trips they build make sense. I’m a year out from my next large trip with Guardian and the team has already reached out to collaborate on my goals for the trip and start the long-term planning. I also appreciate the fundraising they coordinate. My building admin wants to transition more trips to being done by Guardian because the fundraising is so easy and it makes it more equitable for kids.

I can’t recommend Guardian enough. They know what teachers want and how to plan experiences that are good for kids.

Just returned home from a tour through Ireland with my daughter and her high school orchestra. It was incredible! From the performance venues to the sightseeing and even the restaurants for our meals, everything was well thought out and planned. We have used Guardian twice in the past two years and have nothing but good things to say. Our overnight (with middle schoolers!) trip to Chicago was well organized and well timed. We would have just enough time for the students to see and experience what we wanted but not too much time that you worried about kids getting bored/in trouble. When we had a minor bus problem, our guide ran options by us and our students never knew the difference. Everything was calm and orderly. Our 7th-12th grade day trip to Detroit this year was much the same. Eric does a fantastic job selecting destinations that interest our students and can accommodate us well, all while keeping the price reasonable. And if you get Sean as a tour director, you are in for a treat! He had our students rolling with laughter anytime he was on the mic. Thanks Guardian!
