Honestly, it's not as bad as the reviews said. The lady at the front desk was very nice, I lost my 5 dollars bill to the drinking machine and didn't get it back because this is my first time in the US, she helped me and gave me 5 dollars, big thanks to her! The room was pretty neat, but the hallway smells a little bit funny, The Windows section needs some cleaning, though. Staff were really friendly! Breakfast has sausages, overall an 8/10 experience.

Our first room was not the 2 queen beds that we reserved. The second room the beds were made but the inside was dirty, the bath and sink were also not clean. Room three we walked into someone’s already occupied room, thank goodness they were not in there. We settled on the fourth room but the sheets were clean but stained. The front desk attendant was doing her best but it was a long process of checking in. Housekeeping is short staffed and needs more training. The breakfast was decent so it made up for our stay somewhat. Reserve with low expectations. Maybe they can improve.

As others have said…looks nice from the pics. That is until you get in your room. Room was as far away from the lobby as you can get and on the 2nd floor even though it was midweek with few quests. The guests that we did have were from some migrant construction business from Mass. who decided to camp out in the hot tub area all afternoon and night to close. The room had mismatched door knobs, broken lamps, dirty carpet, dingy and dark the bathroom had/has a vinyl floor that is peeling up and chipped. There was so much sand in the parking lots as mentioned in a previous review from months ago that is literally still there. Could be a nice place with a good location …but isn’t.

The pictures are NOTHING like the property....I'm completely annoyed that the third property on Choice Hotels 1-800 number referred us to this place. The rooms are completely run down, carpet is gross, wallpaper peeling off the walls, mildew/mold in the AC units, the bedframes look like they have been there since the 80's and the mattresses sink in in the middle. We had 2 rooms for one night and one of the doors to the room looked like it had been broken into. All the exterior doors were very scratched. The pool are smelled awful - complete petri dish. The breakfast was not good. And every staff member I saw working had no uniform on to say they were a part of this "hotel". When we checked in the front desk person said the property was completely booked and they had one cleaning person....GROSS. The only good thing is the complimentary Starbucks coffee served in the lobby. I do not recommend this place - and the only reason why we stayed was because it was Feb break and there were no available options.

Filthy room unvacuumed floor with former guests take out bag hidden behind the fridge.
Hot tub was luke warm at best.
Bedding look to be unchanged.
Pet friendly, however people are not supposed to leave dogs in the room alone to bark constantly.

This place was a huge bummer. We were put in a part of the hotel detached from the indoor pool and breakfast area. We had to walk on walk ways and parking lots covered in salt and sand and had to trek it through our room. Our phone didn't have a cord hooked up anywhere to be able to use, and our bathroom door was broken and wouldnt shut. Its winter so walking to and from the pool and breakfast outside to our room wasnt ideal. The pool area never had towels, but the pool itself was nice and clean. Breakfast was good they had a large assortment of food to choose from. The rooms are in need of a upgrade.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very run down. Need a good deep cleaning and for the carpet to be replaced. Mold in the bathrooms, overall stale smell in the rooms. The pictures online made it look like a much better option.

We upgraded and paid more for a so called deluxe room to be close to our friends. We were on the second floor in a detached building with no elevator so difficult to bring our luggage to the room. The room had dirty carpet with stains and smelled. Curtains were very old and room was dark and dingy. The toilet was not cleaned properly and disgusting. Long hair in the tub not mine. What really disgusted me and my husband was the blood I found on the sheet the next morning. We were tired the night we arrived and didn’t see it. TV didn’t work. The manager was going to call us after showing the front desk the picture of the blood stain but five days later no call. This was a deluxe room so I hate to see the standard. The housekeeping lady was not a young woman and seemed to be struggling to get rooms done which I feel bad about. Hard to find staff.|Good points: Shower was good. Breakfast was included and not bad. Nice breakfast room. Staff fairly friendly.
