We just returned from a wonderful trip to the Bahamas. Annie arranged everything from door-to-door. Everything was wonderful and she held our hand every step of the way so we only had to worry about enjoying ourselves (which we did). We are very much looking forward to booking our next trip with her and not only do we have a new travel agent, but we also feel like we have a new friend.

Grasshopping made me look like a hero. We had made plans on our own several months back and learned two days before our trip that the airline had canceled our reservation and could not rebook us. We found Grasshopping at 7:00 PM that evening via Yelp, were on the phone with the team two hours later, and had a brand new trip, new destination, planned out the next day. This was the best experience I have ever had with booking a vacation! I could not ask for a better travel agent who made sure everything was smooth sailing all the way through!! I had never flown or delt with an airport I called her 100 times while in the airport and she answered everytime to make sure I got to where I needed to be, when I landed and got to where I was staying they already knew I was coming in and were ready to help me as my agent was already on top of things and told them I was on the way to be expecting me and I was not lost along the way. She even help me by booking things throughout my stay so I didn’t have to be stressed by booking extras myself!!! It was so amazing and stress free!!I couldn’t ask for anything better than the experience I had!!I would definitely recommend Annie for all your travel needs!!!when I say don’t hesitate I mean DONT HESITATE!!!thanks Annie for everything I have not just gained an amazing travel agent but an amazing friend through this experience I thought I’d never have in a lifetime until I met you!!!
