My Grand Canyon bucket list dream is officially checked off, and I couldn’t have chosen a better company to tour it with! From start to finish, Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines exceeded every expectation. Their entire team—pilots, drivers, crew, check-in staff, and store associates—live and breathe the beauty and grandeur of THE Grand Canyon.

I FLEW OVER IT in a plane, FLEW THROUGH IT in a helicopter, and WALKED ON IT during a hummer tour. It was nothing short of magical—a time for deep gratitude and reflection.

This experience reminded me how little control we have compared to nature and just how small we truly are in its presence. The word GRAND doesn’t even begin to describe it. It’s indescribable, and I’m so thankful I didn’t overthink the decision to take both the airplane and helicopter tours.

There were moments when I was so overwhelmed with emotion that I had to focus on deep breathing. I found myself in a meditative state of perpetual awe. What stood out most was the team’s deep respect for the Grand Canyon’s spiritual power. They genuinely believe in and honor its magnificence, and that energy enriched the entire experience.

YOU MUST experience this tour. Let yourself be swallowed up by nature. You will leave a different person than when you came. I cannot recommend this enough! Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines will deliver a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

This company is very disappointing. We spent over $2500 for five people to fly to the Grand Canyon by plane. The reservation process was great, but that’s where the decent service ends. We arrived at the airport for our 10am flight, greeted by a fairly terse check in lady. We had arrived at 9:10am, as requested for an early checkin. By 11am, we were still sitting in the waiting lounge without any communication as to why we hadn’t left yet. There were about 40 other people in the same scenario. People started heading to the counter to ask what’s the delay, to which we could hear them saying that their computer systems were down and they were having to process tours manually. They ensured another 15 minutes and we would know more. 30 minutes went past and they still hadn’t addressed the crowd or provided updates. This resulted in all people heading to the counter to be told that the tours were cancelled due to plane issues. In total, we wasted four hours, travelling to Boulder City and waiting in the airport to do nothing! We only had 4 days in Vegas and this was going to be the highlight, apparently not! I understand that there can be technical glitches, but the lack of customer service and communication throughout the debacle was a disgrace. There should be a backup plan for such events as well, as people travel countries for such tours and this company’s lack of professionalism has the ability to ruin trips! Stay clear of this company…..you’ve been warned.
I hope I get my refund is all I can say.

Literally the worst thing that happened to me in Vegas. The pickup was scheduled at 5:40 am but they never showed up and we kept on waiting for more than 30 minutes. When we tried to contact the customer service for refund, they try to gaslight us saying driver was there and they called us and we were late which wasnt the case. We called them multiple times during the pick up time but they never picked up the phone. Now they are trying to mooch off $400+ dollars for a tour that we didnt get. Please do not book anything from them. Cheapskate move to mooch off money from tourists in Vegas.
