Great location; pretty much on the strip, without paying the strip price. Service was great except for the desk that tries to sign people up for time share presentation. Just be persistent and decline and you should be fine. The rooms were great. Tower 3 had 24/7 pool which was convenient. Also very close to the airport, which is great. Will look to book in the future again.

We loved the hotel and resort; I was actually quite surprised and it by far surpassed all our expectations. It was only 20 mins walk from the strip, a lot less to a number of shops, cafes, restaurants and also Ellis Island Casino. The room was so clean and roomy. The whole hotel looked like it had been recently refurbished, painted at least. Great vibrant reception area, with a bar (daily complimentary drinks) and even a very reasonably priced Starbucks. A good gym. And a really nice pool complex. I'll definitely book here again.

Have stayed here multiple times for work and vacation. Rooms and grounds were very well maintained. Employees were friendly and eager to help. I've stayed in the 3 bedroom and the 2 bedroom layout. Really liked the 3 bedroom floorplan. Great for 2 families with kids or coworkers. Parking can be tough if you're late at night.

Good experience stayed here in a two bedroom with total of 6 people we fit comfortably in the room. The resorts has three pools perfect for families and an adult only area. Full service bar and cafe with a variety of options. They offer a free shuttle to the strip or its about 10min walk great location nice and quiet at night. The only drawback is the updates, even if you just stayed at the property they still push the updates on you. Otherwise our stay was great.

This is sort of a follow-up to a bad review I left years ago. This place has since redeemed itself and more. I waited for years to try it out again, and that occasion was my honeymoon. Yes, the rooms are great, and it's very close to the strip, but the service is what I will focus on here.
Unfortunately, my husband developed a pinched nerve on the second day and couldn't leave the bed. I called 9-1-1, and while I was waiting for the EMTs to arrive, the entire security team showed up with the manager, Frieda. She comforted me in the chaos and just seemed like a best friend the whole time all the way to the closing of the ambulance for behind us. When we returned, she truly cared how we were doing and alleviated our worries about checking out a day late. She even found us an emergency suite to move into for the final, unexpected night. When we left, she spoke to us like a friend once more and wished us the best.
As I think back, I realize that she didn't have to do any of the wonderful things she did. She went out of her way to help me and my husband stay as healthy and calm as possible. She helped a vacation that could have been a nightmare feel bearable and like we were in the care of people who cared about us. Thank you, Frieda!

The hotel is decent, 2-3 star, as the rooms and hall looked to have flood damages, and no creamer, low sugar in room, ran out of soap, semi dirty dishes upon arrival. At sales presentation, Sergeant Benjamin is 10 stars out of 5 stars. The other sales people are vultures that do not respect time or value time and got huffy after the first 15 no thank you's. Would not return unless dealing with just Sarge. The overall hotel needs a little help and would easily become 5 stars. The treatment of us by sales person 2-5 was hideous. And should not be. 4th floor tower 2 seemed like was flooded at some point. We almost bought, but started at 63k and down to 2k by salesperson #5. Should not be, leaves bad taste and lack of trust for such huge swings in numbers and perks. Note to buyers, wait for final pitch then buy. We almost did, and would have if Sargeant Benjamin was allowed and respected to give best price and they need to rethink their sales tactics absolutely.

My experience here at Club Wyndham was absolutely amazing!! I didn’t want to leave. This Wyndham was super clean, the employees are always smiling and friendly! They made sure that you have everything you need with no hesitation at all! It was the absolute pleasure of the whole team that was so nice! I absolutely loved it!

We booked our stay through a Third Party reservation group. At check in, being a warm body, the "time share sales team" requested that we spend 2½ hours with them (being told it was only 90 minute presentation). Four different people who "just happened to stop by" did their best to get us to sign up for another mortgage payment, or money down and a monthly obligation in order to feel better about our paltry, self centered lives. We enjoyed our stay despite the pressure and them revealing their primary identity as a sales opportunity rather than a fun place to relax.
