The manager Sam is incredible and was so focused on making sure we had a great experience. Sam went above and beyond and is the reason we will be back. She deserves a bonus and a high five for her dedication to her patrons.

My wife and I stayed for New years eve. The hotel conditions reminded me of a seedy highway motel. The floors were disgustingly dirty, hair in the shower and stains on the bedding. I was expecting a nice stay in a historic building, but this was far from that.

Not sure if we would stay here again, but it could be because of the particular room we were placed in, above the bar. Was quite loud, had to ask for hand soap and the bed was pretty stiff. Wasn't the cleanest room either... Very dusty and the TP was scratchy. People were very nice though and the location was amazing.

We stayed on the top floor of the old part of the mansion. It was very quaint and cozy. The room was clean and quiet and being there felt a bit like a historic time travel. Being on the top floor the ceiling was dormer style, and I bumped my head on it a few times. That is the only reason why I didn’t give the room five stars, but this is part of a historic structure. One needs to get used to a sloping ceiling!
My eight year old saw especially loved spiraling oval staircase in the main lobby and thought the place was pretty cool. We had a continental style breakfast in the front dining room which was nice. The staff was very friendly and we felt very comfortable there. We would have appreciated a mini fringe in the room.

I went tonight for their New Year Party.
The food was horrible. Uncooked meat.Nothing was warm. I didn't eat anything. I did $95.00. The Musica was ok not dancing Musica. The inn keeper said that he had no complaints on the food. He was so unprofessional. He went up on stage to wish everyone happy new year and they do their best.He said how did everyone like the food.. He then said table 8 seems more or less they don't like the food!!!!He is the most unprofessional inn keeper.
DONT GO TO THE INN FOR A PARTY.
ONCE AGAIN UNPROESSIONAL INN KEEPER.......

Loved this place. We stayed in a beautiful room full of character and charm. I loved exploring all the various rooms in the building. It is so classy and historic! If you are looking for a break from a boring hotel, stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On one of the mornings I went outside and explored the grounds, which were so beautiful! This was the best place we stayed on our trip. Bed was comfy, AC worked well and bathroom was nice. Complimentary breakfast was also decent. A real gem!

Nice historic buildings. Sofa was dirty and room was outdated. Had to turn a light switch on to get the TV to work. My wife said don't look under the sink.... I did, horrible repair with mold. The rest of the bathroom was clean. Tried to reach the front desk and they aren't available until after 7:30, you get an answering machine. Good location near downtown. Upside only $158.

I went for Thanksgiving dinner. Service was great, the staff was working their butts off on this holiday instead of being with their families. Thank you for a great meal at a good price.
