the bus from gogo charters was amazing! i called them a few days ago late at night and they setup a charter for us. the vehicle arrived early and the driver had our entire itinerary and took care of the rest of the trip. thanks for a great experience

I have been on hold for twenty minutes and all I wanted was a quote. The message says you can leave a message and an agent will call back but when I followed the instructions nothing happened. They also don't let you know how long the wait is. It's disappointing because some of the other shuttle competitors in Reno are rude but at least they have a better system in place to field calls.
