Updating my review to 3 stars because I had a fantastic review with the account management team! I was also able to get refunds for some of the flight issues below and hope the communication continues to become more streamlined. I look forward to seeing what improvements and updates the system came make and hope that I can make this 5 stars.

OG review: They developed a new internal system called Trip Circuit that very user friendly. It kind of felt like my group was the guinea pigs for this system as I had to get domain names approved (like @gmail.com), fought loading errors, and more. All of that is fine, I understand tech takes time. My review comes from the fact that I am now been struggling for months with bookings and almost no one can help. For example, right now I am dealing with being charged for a ticket we never booked that I was told was cancelled and all of a sudden we have a "non-transferable" credit for it instead. Or a mother and baby having flights changed without their consent and when they paid extra for a specific seat they now got their seat moved and are being requested to pay more. I may be naive but I am not sure what the travel agencies role is if they can't advocate for the travelers, help manage flight deals, or support the customers that work with them. Lost for words at this point...

PS. I have had a few very helpful customer service agents and they good are outweighed significantly by the bad ones. I have been requesting to know who my account manager is for months and to talk to them and have not heard back.

I wish I could give this “travel agency” less than 1 star. What kind of travel agency doesn’t alert its customer that their flight was cancelled and rebooked until later in the day. Got all the way to the airport to check-in before realizing it was cancelled and it was now too late to book any other flights with other airlines that morning. They also charge fees left and right for doing simple bookings or if you need to call in and change anything. If you’re a perspective company looking for an agency to handle work travel please look elsewhere. Absolutely worthless.

You will be better off booking your own arrangements. My company uses them and they have not found a flight that I would not have been able to book cheaper, at a more convenient departure time, and without layovers.

I would give 100 stars if I could! This is my first experience with Gant, and although the company I work for set everything up, I had some questions. Gant Customer Service (Maryln and Debbie) answered my questions with a knowledgable and friendly approach. Gant sets up your hotel, and flights in a very easy and well organized manner that makes it understandable for even a simple minded person like myself to understand. Thank you Gant for all your help!

They caused my husband to be stranded at an airport because they don’t understand company travel rules. AMATEUR travel agency and worthless customer service. Do not recommend.
