Traveling back to DC from NYC, was the worst bus experience I have ever had in my life! The bus' A/C did not work. The bus literally felt like a moving sauna. Many people were calling customer service to make a complaint, but those complaints fell on deaf ears. The bus then pulled over to stop at a gas station. I would think before traveling the country the bus would have filled up on gas, but I guess not. When refueling the bus, the bus driver required that everyone offload, while he put gas in the bus. So now all of the bus' patron had to stand in the heat, while the bus driver put gas into the bus. Driving back, the bus went to an extra stop, that he said that he was not going to go to, that derailed the trip by 2 hours. Once getting back on the road, heading to Baltimore, the bus backed up, and hit something. Not to mention, the bus stop was in the most shady place ever. The bus offloaded whichever people were getting off in Baltimore, and started to drive off. It turns out that the bus driver forgot a patron, and had to turn around and go get the patron. Once back on the road, heading to DC, it started to thunderstorm, torrential down pouring, the bus started to leak. The bus was originally supposed to get to DC at 7:30, but got to DC between 9:45-10pm. I would never recommend this bus service to anyone ever. I would never use this bus service ever again.

Left me stranded today at 1:30 am without any explanation. No phone call. No text. No email. Bus did not show up. Unreliable. Price good but service sucks. Bathroom in NY filthy and never have soap.

Poorly organized in general. The bus were OK and once you got in it was generally smooth riding. The AC was just fine in their bus (no complaints there!). The staff were not very friendly but could get the job done.

The person incharge in DC office was disrespectull and offencive . Didn't have any respect when we were asking about the carryon bags, he even yealled and said , 'go wait for the next bus' with his hand waiving as he's talking to a child..we will never use this company buses any more and will make sure all my friends and work colleagues know about it.

They organize bus trips from and top NY - Washignton. Super old buses, dirty and super "weird" service. Tickets in a piece of dirty paper, driving fast and dangerous....

It's not a good company,bus is old,employee are rude,and always not on time.I give 3 stars because there's always enough empty seats,which give me-a very big guy-a really good space(I always take Eastern Bus before,their seats is really too narrow!)so I don't need to suffer a lower-back pain after each trip.But today no employee came to tell us the bus was late for an hour,and we wait in the heavy rain for 45 minutes like a stupid!I'm so angry!

Very bad service not only does the bus get delayed for one hour but they are very unorganized, I recommend to pay a little more extra only pro about this is that its cheap but the bus can breakdown .Not worth it !!!

Terrible customer service. The driver didn't put the AC on and it was hot and packed. Rude employees who suddenly stopped speaking English when they didn't want to talk to you.
