Amazing views and very clean had an awesome vacation. Close to everything you don’t need a car we will definitely be back next year. The beach wagon, chairs and cooler were a lifesaver. The pool was clean o my complaint was the smell in the elevator but this was up to HOA. We seen dolphins from our balcony and while at the pool. This is the most beautiful rental and great location very safe next to the police station.The sunrise from the balcony was beautiful.

Stayed on Glendale, oceanfront condo. Beautiful spot. We weathered hurricane Debbie with no issues with power or water.
Beach is beautiful. Steps from the condo. Not crowded.

Our family of 5 stayed the week before Christmas in the Paradise Cove Townhome. What a beautiful home! Everything we needed was there: hand soap, beach chairs, cookware, etc. All 3 bedrooms had their own bath. The elevator was perfect for my old knees and our daughter’s disability. So close to the beach and amazing restaurants. On windy days the pool area was still warm due to buildings blocking wind. We saw dolphins in the channel. Roof top hot tub was fun and a good place to watch sunset. The company quickly fixed every issue - even offering to come for minor inconveniences. We will be back.

Everything was perfect, from the layout of the condo., to the quietness of the complex, to the patio, with such amazing views daily. It was perfect. I definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Great experience. We had a couple of issues with the apartment but the management had the best attitude to solve it. Clean in a very nice area. Free trolley to the beach. No need to pay expensive parking. Great views and a very clean pool. Loved it. Can’t wait to go back

We were aware that the master bedroom and bathroom were blocked off prior to our 30-day stay, but we were still disappointed with the overall comfort and cleanliness of the remaining rooms. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and the rooms faced the noisy street, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The dated furniture in the living room and patio was also uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax after a long day. The patio furniture was rusted, and the carpet was dirty, further contributing to the overall uncleanliness of the unit. While we did report the initial cleaning issues to the rental agency, and they sent the cleaners for a complimentary cleaning, overall, the cleanliness throughout our stay was still disappointing. We kept finding random hairs in odd places.

The positive factors were that the condo is situated in a safe area away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, the kitchen is fully stocked, and there is covered parking.

Overall, while the views were beautiful, the lack of comfort, cleanliness, and noisy bedrooms made our month-long stay less enjoyable than expected.

Great beach rental. We stayed at Island Eacape 201 and lots of space and comfy beds. Has beach toys and chairs for the beach, lots of pillows, basic kitchen items. Quick 5 min walk to the beach and downtown strip. Will def be back!
