Bianca helped me and my family book our first ever international trip to Mexico a week ago and we are so thrilled we are booking another one right away! As never being anywhere except Florida I had a lot of anxiety and also have food allergies; Bianca offered multiple options of resorts, reassured me on flight options and food and was able to find us an AMAZING resort. The level of care and personalization we were offered is something you don’t get booking your own trip and we WILL be booking again for this exact reason! Trinity did an amazing job organizing everything for our family Jamaican vacation/destination wedding trip. She was very professional, friendly and helpful in making sure every detail was taken care of and quick to respond to any questions we had. The three generation of ladies at First Choice Travel made for a priceless trip filled with so many beautiful memories. Loved the Dunn River Falls and Blue Hole excursion. It was so fun with a big group.

I can’t say enough about our travel agent, Tana. To date, we have planned two international and all-inclusive trips with her and both have gone off without a hitch & completely exceeded all expectations.
For our most recent trip, we were undecided on the location and after a couple calls with Tana discussing what we were looking for and sharing our budget, she was able to deduce down to a couple options for us to explore. She is extremely responsive, overall just a kind and genuine person to work with, and is able to help clients through her own travel experiences.
We decided on a trip to Cancun for an all-inclusive stay at the Iberostar Coral Level (adult-only) resort by her suggestion which checked all of the boxes for us.. relaxation, ocean view room, & wonderful entertainment/food. We’re ready for the next vacation, Tana!

This was our first vacation in a very long time, and I was nervous about coordinating flights/rental car/hotels/tours, so someone on the Nextdoor app suggested your agency. I got a hold of Bianca when I called, I suggested an outline of dates and places we wanted to go in Arizona, spring training game, Sedona and Grand Canyon, and she took it from there. The hotels and tours were all wonderful! We would stay at any of those places again. The only complaint really was the amount of people waiting in the Budget Rental car line in Phoenix and then the line of vehicles to get out of the parking garage took almost 3 hours, all the other rental companies lines were quite short. Everything else went very smoothly, other than the weather was a bit uncooperative, but we were able to fit everything in that we wanted to do. Not being seasoned travelers, we were very happy with our trip and Bianca was very patient with me, and she even calmed my nerves when I heard we were flying home to a wind advisory! Thank you Bianca!

We can not say enough wonderful words About First Choice and their Agent Bianca! She went above and beyond helping us with our vacation! We had to cancel our first due to sickness and then rebooking us. Then helping us return home when Sun Country canceled our flight home from Punta Cana while sitting in their airport. I highly recommend trusting them with your next trip/vacation/get away or whatever you may be planning. I'd give 10 stars but you know that we can't. We are ready to book our next vacation with First Choice!!

Trinity helped organize a spectacular Florida vacation with very little notice when our previous travel plans fell through. Given 48 hours and instructions to find us someplace warm, Trinity helped us find nonstop air travel and a beautiful resort on the beach. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
