Infuriating customer service. We took a bus from Milwaukee to O’Hare and it broke down just over the Illinois border. The driver told us to take Ubers to the airport and the company would reimburse us. We gave the driver my number but never heard back. I reached out to customer service multiple times and first they didn’t believe me and were asking what bus we were on, what time, etc, then said they would escalate the ticket and then I never heard back. They continue to ignore my further tickets. Our uber was almost $90 but we had to do it to get our flight. I will never use this company again.

Only giving one star because I can’t give zero. They will cancel buses out of nowhere and then refuse to refund saying you can use anytime within a year. That’s great and all except for those of us who are visitors and need to get home. Customer service doesn’t care at all and there’s no compassion for people they strand. Not only should you refund but you should also provide credit for the Uber people then need to get to get to the airport. This isn’t a go at whatever time kind of route. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau, Wisconsin Attorney General, and US Attorney general.

I have shared my displeasure in the past and now I want to share my satisfaction. The bus was on time in the new OHare multipurpose ground transportation area. The bus itself was clean and much newer than in the past. The driver was very pleasant and helpful. The temperature was comfortable and the ride very smooth. Thank you for fixing your problems

Rude driver. Actively put a bus into service with broken AC on a 90 degree day. Driver did not make anyone aware until there were complaints. Will “request a refund” in 1-3 days. Customer service manager Sabrina would not move this along and no one will reach out to take the broken bus out of service. This was unsafe for several older passengers. One getting dizzy and lightheaded to which the company and Sabrina showed no concern. Better hope this passenger doesnt pass out because I would love to see a lawsuit against them for negligence.

Never again. Ill drive and pay for parking than deal with this company and how they allow their workers to treat customers.

Unacceptable treatment. From ohare, three times I’ve ridden and three times the bus simply didn’t show up. No warning or refund or anything and when fellow passengers got frustrated we were teller at. Don’t patronize this place until they change.

This company wasted their time making an app that doesn’t even tell you when their service is delayed. Sometimes it doesn’t even come and people have had to sleep at the Intermodal station in Milwaukee. What a horrible experience when you are just trying to get home from work. I brought this issue to the BBB and instead of bothering to update their useless app, they compared their business to an airline in the vein they sometimes they get delayed. However, airlines notify customers of delays so it’s a trash excuse. Do better.

On September 11th the Coach Bus that was to take me from Milwaukee Bus terminal at Amtrak to Ohare International Airport broke down somewhere in Kenosha, WI, still 40 miles from my destination with a flight leaving in a few hours. I had to have a family member leave work to make the trek to pick me up and drop me off at the airport. I also paid them cash for gas and for the inconvenience of having to rescue me since Coach had no alternate plan to help the stranded passengers. Numerous other passengers had to put up over $100 to take an Uber to get them there. The bus driver said the bus had been leaking coolant and needed to wait an hour for the engine to cool to replace the coolant. Why was this not checked before the bus was taken on the trip?

To date (a month later, and two phone calls to Coach Customer Service) I have not received a refund of the fare I paid. Coach knows good and well it's bus broke down and should have automatically refunded all passengers on that route. Instead there is a round of bureaucracy and hoops and false promises. Heads up Coach Lines, I will not stop until I am refunded the money for a service that left me stranded and put my family members in a difficult situation in order to rescue me.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this service for lack of reliability and for integrity should they fail to complete their end of the bargain.
