I went for the Thanksgiving buffet with a friend . we decided to play the slots after dinner, since I didn't have but 10 dollars in cash I decided to go to the cashier cage and take 20 dollars off my debit card, she said I could if it was a debit card and she needed my driver's license, she looled at my card and drivers license she gave me my debit card but she kept my drivers license... I placed my card in the terminal and she clicked on the terminal giving permission of the transaction, I couldn't really see what all she was doing. when I put my pin in she took my driver's license with her in the back she said " while you do that I'm going in the back" I looked right away to see if she left my driver's license so I ask the young man in the next window if he could see if it was there and it wasn't, I said I didn't feel comfortable with her taking off with my license, he told me he was new and didn't know why she did that, he went to get her after he seen I was upset, she came back saying it was a new policy and that she needed to do a cash advance (what?) This didn't set well with me so I canceled the transaction, then she pointed me to a ATM, which she should have done in the first place. My first expression of her was something wasn't right about her...the young dark haired man did a good job getting back with my driver's license.

The food in the brewery is always delicious. They were busier than normal for a weeknight and we still got excellent service. We did not gamble or stay in the hotel so I didn't rate that part

My husband and I have had the pleasure of staying here many times. We are consistently greeted by the friendly, efficient staff upon check in. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and spotless. The pool and hot tub are well maintained.|The lodge is our first choice when visiting the area. We would highly recommend and look forward to another stay.

Banquet Coordinator Lyn Eaves and her staff did a wonderful job on our 50th Class Reunion. The room was arranged perfectly to accommodate the 100 attendees. Lighting and sound were easily adjustable and the dinner was delicious.

A Gem in Oroville
My recent stay at the Feather Falls Casino & Lodge in Oroville, California was nothing short of delightful. The king suite I had was spacious and comfortable, providing ample room to relax and unwind. The abundance of parking was a huge plus, making it incredibly convenient to come and go.
One of the things I appreciated most was the lodge's proximity to the casino. A quick, easy walk was all it took to step into the excitement of the gaming floor. The staff at both the lodge and casino were consistently friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The lodge's decor was beautiful and inviting, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

I was here to dine at the Brewery with my family after my nieces dance recital. Several of us shared their Sushi, we tried 6 different rolls and they were all amazing. They have a great selection of beer and the service was exceptional. We sat outside on the patio and it was perfect for a large party. ?

We went to the Pyromania show, a tribute band to Def Leopard. It was fantastic. I met the whole band afterwards and some of their wives. Great people. Awesome atmosphere
