We just came back from a wonderful trip to Portugal that Alex and Masha planned for us! Everything was top notch, from accomodations to tour guides and tours, suggested places to visit. Alex and Masha took care of all the travel plans and thoroughly reviewed options for places to stay and places to see that would work best for our family. We really wanted to do a Mediterranean cruise for years, so we asked Alex for help to book a cruise to explore Greece.
We been on many cruises before, so this time we choose Royal Caribbean Odyssey of the Seas. This itinerary stops at Naples, Santorini, Mykonos, Athens, which was a very high priority for us.
Alex did a great job coordinating this trip for us.
Flights, Hotel, suggested and most importantly provided multiple options for transportations and activities for this trip.
We arrived to Rome a day before boarding to the ship.
Hotel, we booked, called Hotel Delle Nazioni, Rome.
Great place to stay. Located in the hard of Rome. Literally around the corner from Fantan De Travi.
Very convenient!
The next morning we took a taxi; paid $140 Euros to get to Cruise port in Civitavecchia. Great cruise experience!
It sounds like this trip can be easily coordinated. But, level of information that you receive in the shape of form that is easy to understand, can only be provided by knowledgeable and experienced travel agents.
I can tell many exiting stories. But in this review I wanted to highlight service and professionalism of my travel agent.

Just back from a 16 day trip to Portugal. Alex and his team arranged everything for my daughter and I. Magnificent hotels in 3 cities , air line tickets , trains to the cities and fantastic tours. A week in Mexico at the Riviera Maya Riu Palace hotel... It was the most comfortable vacation. Not only because the great location of the resort within a walking distance of the beach, beautiful pools, bars and variety of restaurants ,but because we traveled with a tour agency.
Family Travel Concierge provided us with the highest level of comfort: competently selected flights, transfer to the hotel, day trips to a local attractions.
