Beautiful place. We were treated with a welcome glass of champagne! Rooms are large and very comfortable. The staff are most welcoming and extremely friendly. The on-site restaurant is terrific. Breakfast is included with your stay and is tasty and a very nice assortment.

Fantastic hotel and restaurant. The rooms are gorgeous. Hotel was so nice to leave a complimentary bottle of Prosecco too on NYE. My only suggestion is they need to use much better pillows (theirs flatten out) and offer firmer foam pillows. The mattress was also super firm. This combination meant a poor night’s sleep

Fabulous experience. Extremely wonderful staff and dining was a delightful experience. Room was lovely and well appointed. Housekeeping did a great job as well.Fireplace was an added bonus with simple operation. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

This is a charming, tastefully decorated and comfortable hotel. The rooms are luxurious, comfortable beds and practical amenities (refrigerator, microwave)|The staff are friendly, gracious and accommodating.|The location is excellent- a short walk into Southport Village and a 2 mile walk into downtown Fairfield CT. |We visit every Christmas and would not stay anywhere else.

The Delamar Southport was just what our group of 5 - 4 Nursing School friends for over 45 years and my daughter, needed to enjoy a wonderful weekend together.. The hotel rooms were so comfortable.. the room size was perfect, amenities were great and the hotel staff from the Bellmen to the Housekeeping staff to the Front Desk staff - special shout out to Daniel - made our trip special.. Location was great - we attended a function at Leavitt Pavilion. It was so convenient to be close to the venue.. An added bonus was the “Taste of Fairfield” fundraiser for Breast Cancer that took place right at the hotel.. The group “Turn on Red” provided entertainment and was phenomenal. Miss you Tracey!!! I would not hesitate returning for another visit.

Our new favorite hotel when visiting family in CT. Delamar Southport is steps from 95, so getting to & returning home is so convenient! Don't let proximity to 95 deter you. We've stayed three times & haven't heard a peep from highway. The elegant surroundings, excellent breakfast buffet & dinners @Artisan, the warm greetings from staff, the helpful staff @the gorgeous spa, spacious rooms, five mins from Westport and last but actually first, I was so inspired by the personal story of founding partner, Georgette Culucundis Mallory, I think it will keep me coming back to Delamar Southport (and soon Delamar Westport!). Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Our favorite restaurant in Fairfield County but we were disappointed at last night's dinner because the Tuna Tartar was mixed with Eggplant so there was very little tuna. Also the Chopped Salad used to be quite large and that has shrunk to a side salad. My advise is you charge enough for your food do not shrink the portions.
