If I could give it zero stars I would. I recently went on a bus trip that used this company for transportation this past weekend. First, we were supposed to leave at 5 am that morning. The bus arrived an hour late. Second, there was no air on the bus. Third, the bathroom on the bus didn't work. Picture that. Going on a bus trip for 4 hours with no air and no bathroom. You'd think that be it but no. When we get to Pennsylvania the driver gets lost going to one of the stops. Not to mention, he didn't want to pull over so people could use the restrooms at a service station. That delayed our time when it came time to go to the buffet we only had an hour. When it was time to leave the driver was nowhere to be found. We arrived to our second destination 15 minutes late. So we almost missed half the play due to rules of being late will result to not being let in until intermission. After the play, in the process of leaving the buss wouldn't start. I'm not sure if it was because of him driving up on curbs which, resulted to the bus smoking or what. But, we were there for about an hour/ hour and a half waiting for the bus to start. Also, while we were in the play the company was supposed to send someone to fix the air so we could at least be comfortable on the ride back. NO ONE CAME! The whole day was just uncomfortable. There were people with serious health conditions on this trip and things could've been really bad due to how uncomfortable the bus was.

My class was trying to go on a trip with this company, and our experience was terrible. First of all, when we got on the bus our driver warned us, “Oh, by the way, sometimes phones start smoking when you use our outlets and we’re not responsible for anything that happens.” That was the fist bad sign. Then the bus had to be pulled over three separate times because it was breaking down somehow. After it totally broke down, it took over four hours for them to send a new bus, and overall the drivers that were supposed to pick us up would not communicate. They did say at first that the new bus was in the Bronx, only 30 minutes away, but they never came. There were no radios either, so my teacher just had to keep calling on her phone only to have no one pick up. Some of us tried to call as well, but no one answered.
The fact that the bus broke down may not be their fault, but their unprofessional behavior handling the situation was abhorrent.
We never got to our destination. We had to go back home.

I called a few weeks ago about my son's wedding which was rescheduled from last year to this year due to COVID and had the shuttle bus booked for 2020 and called last March and rescheduled for this June. Was told that someone would get back to me. No one has gotten back to me other than an email from Lance James who mentions that we are set for June 27th. Not sure what we are set for since I didn't provide the details of the day and have no contract. I have left numerous messages and can't get through to anyone. Can't believe that someone would want to ruin a wedding day. I have no choice but to look for another company and pursue getting my deposit back. There is something fishy going on with this company. BEWARE

I recently had a trip to Lancaster PA with Fairy Tale Travel. I am so impressed from the initial phone call that started it all to the mini executive bus with hardwood floors, to leather seats, to ports to charge our things and a bathroom that was clean and smelled good right down to the an amazing driver with 40 years of experience. I will definitely use them from now on and refer them to anyone who asks. Plus you can't beat the prices!! 😉 yours truly another satisfied customer

As a professional, it would be wise to at least return a phone call or email. Especially when you owe other business owners $$$$$......my team and I have called, emailed, left voicemails, text messages and not a zero return of any kind.
