The team cleaned 30 windows, for our 2 story residence, INSIDE and OUTSIDE, flawlessly. They were fast and and were meticulously thourough with their work. Job: Cleaning a 5k gallon well water tank.

Sadly, I have to leave a negative review. I guess I'd start with the no-show. When I called several hours after the appointment was to happen, the gentleman proceeded to tell me that his truck broke down and we had to reschedule. I understand things happen. However, the professional way in going about it would have been reaching out to me and not the other way around. If I never called, they would have simply never showed or attempted to reschedule.

Second, and most disturbing. When cleaning my water tank, they broke the float valve. Even worse, they didn't have the integrity to admit it, only deny it. Unfortunately, when a well water tank continuously overflows within an hour of someone cleaning it, the only culprit is the person that last touched it. The tank wasn't overflowing prior to cleaning.

And lastly, they didn't stand by their quote. Typical scam that low class businesses try to do. Nonetheless, I'm a man of my word and paid the fee that ended up being more than twice what they quoted me.

I even gave them the opportunity to save face and correct the problem, however they only avoided me.

Stay away from this company unless you want problems and a company that doesn't stand by their work.

On short notice, the crew arrived and transformed the house, efficiently cleaning and organizing the bathrooms, master bedroom, living room areas, and kitchen. Professional attention was paid to the carpeting, wood floors, hallways, rugs, baseboards, toilets, ceiling fans, and countertops.
