This was a truly awful experience. The room was dark and poorly maintained, with very outdated furnishings. The bathroom was in terrible condition, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We tried to stay positive since it was just for one night, and decided to go to the pool—but what a disappointment!

The pool was overcrowded, taken over by a single family who had brought loud speakers, leaving no peaceful space to relax. There weren’t enough chairs or seating areas available, and worst of all, the pool area had no towels at all. The door to the pool was left open without any security, which felt unsafe.

The air conditioner in our room was extremely noisy and didn’t work properly. It was almost impossible to get any sleep.

There should be clear rules for using the pool area to ensure all guests can enjoy it. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The air conditioner was so loud that I couldn’t sleep at all. When I tried calling the front desk for help, the phone in the room didn’t even work. The bed was hard, noisy, and very uncomfortable—I still have back pain because of it. On top of that, the room wasn’t clean. This hotel is in serious need of maintenance and proper cleaning. Very disappointing stay.

We had arrived early from Austin tx so we only needed 1 night before we checked in to the casino at Tucson AZ , we chose this because it was fairly good price. But the price was cheap for a reason . Room was not updated at all bread felt broken , and ac sounded like a 18 wheeler trying to start up and wouldn't.. bathroom door would not lock . If you want to sleep quietly you cant because it's next to the airport so you here each plain taking off every 30 min.

This hotel either has cooling or heat set. The individual rooms cannot control that. The rooms were very cold and they said they were switching to heating and it would take a few hours. It never came on. They gave us a space heater which we used in the bedroom but the big front room was always super cold. We are from Boston and are used to the cold. This was way worse. Horrible TV system. There was no guide channel and no guide located in the room. 58 channels but it would take 3-5 seconds to load each channel so channel surfing was miserable. I ended up making my own TV listing for our 5 day stay. 2 of the 3 elevators we encountered were broken. Employees were very helpful and attentive. Cookies as usual were awesome. We stayed here because of the close proximity to the terminal and rental car place but will not stay here for our next visit.

The rooms were in great shape and so comfortable. The king sized room came with a mini bar area and a living room. It is also literally a less than 5 minute drive to the airport; once you pull out of the hotel, the road into the airport is immediately ahead. The staff were very welcoming, and the complimentary cookies are the best! The pool is heated too and open till 10; a calming environment to south oneself! Definitely recommend, especially if you have an early flight leaving out of Tucson Airport.

Great location near the airport. rooms are a little dated. But comfortable. The restraunt on site is good. Great free breakfast in the morning. Overall satisfied with my stay. Pool area and patio areas was also awesome looking. I did not use them.

Do you like outdated hotels?
Do you like walking into a door that is not sealed all the way? Do you like walking on dirty stained gross carpet? Do you like to stare at walls with water damaged and or peeling wallpaper? How bought cabinet doors that don't open or close properly? Couch that looks and smells from the 70s? Outdated and abused furniture? Or do you love sleeping on horribly stained bed sheets with different types of hair in sheets? How about drying yourself off with towels that are falling apart and have stains all over them and look 10 years old? Or how about not being able to control heating or cooling and have to request a portable plug in heater or fan because the "engineer" has decided on what YOU will be comfortable at? Then this hotel is just right for you!
All jokes aside. I would not stay at this location ever again. It's probly the most outdated dirty broken double tree I've stayed at. The only thing this location has that is more than 5 star is the staff. They deserve better because as I was here the 2 days out of the 17 days I booked they had to deal with some angry guests due to the hotel conditions. I wish I could add pictures cause when you view photos of location it's way worse in person. Work partner said his room was worse than mine. Thank God we get to leave early. Did not wanna stay here any longer.

I do not recommend staying here. One elevator was broken. Then the next morning at 5 AM the front desk clerk yelled at us from down below that the elevator isn’t working good and that we have to give the door a big push to make it work. Yikes! This place is advertised like it’s a nice hotel but it is not. They had big loud parties happening right outside our room in the courtyard. The shuttle is actually just a mini van. The AC did not work well. The place is run down.

It was interesting on an aging hotel. The room didn't have a large mirror. the ice machine was a mile away also near by the elevator was out of order. Had to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor as an old person with luggage. The breakfast buffet was weird. Didn't restock the food had to ask, repeating, and had to wait on bacon to cook it took a so-called chef an hour to cook bacon who knew bacon takes that long to cook had them delivered to the room. The first time, I traveled to Tucson only for Dwyane Yoakam, which we enjoyed very much.
