We had a wonderful time on this dolphin cruise! We booked last minute because we needed a handicap accessible boat. The boat was easy to get on and had comfortable seating for my mom with back issues. The owners were kind, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about everyones experience. We immediately saw dolphins and had several more opportunities to see them also. We had ages ranging from 1-65 and we all had a great time! We will definitely use them again on our next trip.

We enjoyed a sunset dolphin cruise with Cpt Bart and his first mate (sorry, forgot her name - blonde lady) so much!!!!! Cpt. Bart found us many dolphins (and was even helping out some other boats/businesses by telling them over radio) Dolphins were so close to the boat and we got tons of pictures and videos. The First Mate was excellent and gave sooooo much information about the area, homes, history of the toll way and of course a ton of information about the dolphins and water ways. These dolphins live in the harbor and enjoy playing in pods.
Also, the seats were very comfortable which was important for me and my back issues. We were able to ask many questions of First Mate and everyone on the boat became "friends" -- such a laid back, fun atmosphere! We love boating .. so that was a lot of fun for us as well. Even my 17 year old daughter was up and taking pictures/videos the majority of the time!
This cruise was more affordable than many in the area but I picked it for the reviews, seats and had full coverage roof over head so it kept us cool. Thanks again!

You better believe I changed my review fr9m 2 stars to 1 star after all of the lies this owner has spewed. She will literally anything to try to make herself look good, even if that means slandering another person.

Honestly, there wasn't anything special about this particular dolphin cruise. I wasn't thrilled that my husband had to sit separately from the rest of our family. I know that it isn't promised that you will see dolphins when on these cruises, but I felt like if it wasn't for the Cold Mil boats we definitely wouldn't have seen as many as we did! There seemed to be some tension between Bart & Tabby. She spent the majority of the cruise talking to 1 couple instead of helping the captain of the boat & he seems irritated by this. Honestly, if I could go back and book with another business, I would.

UPDATE: The response below is not 100% accurate at all. I shared my personal opinion of the dolphin cruise we went on. This particular cruise was not our cup of tea. It may be others, but it wasn't ours. I had not responded yet because I was talking it over with my husband as there really was nothing that could be done that would change our opinion. My son is, in fact, 11 years old, which is their definition of a child ticket. I was never snarky with anyone on the boat & actually had a nice conversation with the couple behind us. I didn't feel like I needed to stop and say anything because, again, there wasn't anything that would have changed that opinion. A business owner calling a patron a red flag, snarky, melancholy, entitled... and so on is the biggest red flag of them all. That alone is enough reason for patrons not to book with this establishment. I have an RBF, no doubt, but that is it. Also, I read the side of the boat that said Cold Mil, so it wasn't hard to spell it correctly.

Our family wanted to do a Dolphin tour and after a bit of research we found this to be the most affordable and intimate experience. Loved that it was on a smaller boat so you were real close to the water and dolphins! It made for the best views and you weren’t fighting crowds of other people to see the sights. The owners are local and sooo nice. We had a bunch of fun chatting and Tabby gave us great recommendations for restaurants around town. Once we were headed back Tabby curated a dance party and let all the kids on the boat dance to their favorite music. We had three generations of family grooving too. It was a cute and so much fun! Can’t recommend enough. If you’re looking for a dolphin experience and you want to have a great time and support a small locally owned business Dolphin Tales is for you!

We booked this tour super last minute for the 630pm sunset tour. It was easy to find the dock and it's a fun pink boat! Our tour was about 1.5 hours. We saw tons of dolphins. Many jumping in the wake of another boat. My kids loved it. They have snacks and water on board for purchase. Also candy /toys for kids to buy. We saw many waterfront homes. It was well worth $120 for a family of 4 including a 15% tip.

My friend and I booked the sunset cruise. First, I loved the timelines of the cruise. We began the cruise on time. Second, I loved how dedicated they were about finding dolphins! Tabby was a wonderful hostess and her husband (the Captain) did a great job of continually moving in order to give us the best views of the dolphin! I’ve been on other dolphin cruises and this one was one of my favorites! Super relaxing and fun! Can’t wait for my next cruise!

Tabby n Bart, owners n captain were delightful. We saw several dolphins and the pontoon ride was fun.

Tabby and Captain Bart are AWESOME! Tabby shares her humor and wealth of knowledge about the dolphins and Capt. Bart is always on the lookout for the dolphins locations so the passengers get the best views of the bay dolphins. Captain Bart even let the kids steer the boat for a bit. For 4 years now we have done a Girls Trip and the dolphin cruise was a first for us. We could not have had a better crew to enlighten us about dolphins and the scenery in the bay. Love me some Tabby and Capt. Bart!
