I booked a room here for one night not expecting much since it was so cheap. Once I went to the hotel to check in I was scared to even pull in the parking lot! Complete meth head central! I immediately canceled my reservation and kept traveling. I received the email saying I would get a refund but 10 days later my bank says the hotel still hasn’t released the funds! I call the hotel and the woman who answered the phone barely spoke English. When I asked her to please speak more clearly she started yelling at me then hung up! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Terrible! Called to make a reservation but the reservationist could barely speak English and there was "screaming" in the background. Reservationist told me that a manager would call me back with a confirmation number. They never did call. I called again and got an answering machine. Left a message for a call back but I never heard from them? Don't waste your time. Very poor operation. Instead, use the Knights Inn in Arcadia. Actually, don't use the Knights Inn. We stayed there and it was horrible. Total dump!

The room we stayed in was very clean, had no issues. The tv worked well. For the low price we paid and that someone was available at 3am I was satisfied. If you need to dry your hair bring your own hair dryer.

Inexpensive, friendly, safe... The a/c was colder than cold and the hot water in the shower was hotter than hot. The owners are very pleasant. The rooms are clean. For an inexpensive weekend exploring the Peace River this is the place to stay!!!!! We stay here EVERY single time we go to Peace River. It's nothing fancy but we love it & love the owners!!!!!

For the bargain price of the room, we did not expect much. However the room we had was spacious, clean, well furnished and comfortable. In other motels across Florida we paid sometimes 3 times as much for a room like this. We travel by bicycle so a good bed as in this motel is important to us.

My stay at this motel was the worst. The manager was abrasive, rude and nasty. They refused to give us towels, pillows, and a blanket for the bed. We had guests over for the afternoon and they were very intrusive and wanted to know who they were and how long they were staying. He called us at 7Am waking us up wanting to know if we called them. The Internet and TV never worked. He told us we couldn't have a service dog and wanted to charge us extra. We were told that check out was at 1pm. We returned from breakfast after 11am and he was waiting for us yelling that check out was after 11. We told him he stated 1 pm. He continued to argue with us.|Don't stay there was a terrible experience.
